Perfect central location with the canal and bridge right outside the property! Extra large bed and really comfortable! The owner kindly provides cereals, bread, cheese, milk, tea, coffee and snacks which is a lovely touch! Very responsive when contacting about the heating!
It was very quirky, this is not my preference bit think it’s quite traditional. The shower was in the toilet cubicle so needed to wear shoes when going to the toilet after someone had a shower, the saloon style doors to the toilet didn’t give much privacy either when sharing the room with teenagers!!

It was quirky and different
Could have done with a blind/curtain on the doors to the bedroom with the bunks.

The location was great
It didn’t seem very clean at all. The stairs were very steep and the toilet was downstairs. They advertise as a bed and breakfast but they just leave some food downstairs for people to take as they want but I found a milk that was already opened from I have no idea when.
