快適。

フロントスタッフの対応も良く、清掃も行き届いており快適に過ごせた。大浴場、サウナもあり快適だった。

部屋が狭いわりに、大きな椅子やテーブルがあり、トランクを開くには手狭だった。

Ihan ok, ei neljän tähden arvoinen hotelli.

Sijainti, ystävällinen henkilökunta, ilmainen parkkipaikka. Onsen oli pieni mutta ihan viihtyisä.

Huoneiden sistustus oli vanhanaikainen, kalusteet hieman epäsiistejä. Matkustimme ystäväni kanssa ja meillä oli parivuode yhdellä yhteisellä peitolla, pyysimme henkilökunnalta molemmille omia peittoja, mutta tämä ei millään onnistunut. Aamupalalla sai valita länsimaalaisen tai japanilaisen aamupalan, kasvisvaihtoehdossa proteiinia ei korvattu, vaan makkara/kinkku vain poistettiin lautaselta. Tämä hotelli ei ole neljän tähden arvoinen.

A 3 day stay before proceeding to skiing. A voe

Great location right next to bus and train stations Modern comfortable room.

The restaurant required 3 days advance booking. Consequently it was closed most nights. How weird!

Happy stay

Clean hotel and super friendly staff . Located near the station with lots of good restaurants in walking distance. Have stayed before . Breakfast was excellent and the hotel was warm. The Onsen was a delight. Got to meet the owner a delightful person.

We are skiers with lots of gear and clothes. We had a standard double which was just too small. The problem could easily be fixed. Just put some hooks on the wall so we can hang our clothes instead of having piles all over the floor.

Very good

The location is good. Just opposite the JR station. There are some restaurants nearby and a supermarket behind the hotel (the supermarket closed at 8 pm). Staff is helpful. They give us a list of restaurants and a map, it make convenience for us. They can also communicate with simple English. The hotel is using Pola products - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and facial wash. They also provide free lavender salt for relaxation. The Japanese breakfast is delicious. The hotel is clean.

The rooms are a bit small. But it's ok for short stay and the room is clean.

location was easy to find & convenient, some staff could speak good English & were always helpful

room rather small, wash basin outside bathroom, fridge not cool enough, the staff ended up stooring our food in the hotel fridge

excellent location, good value for money

location is excellent, there’s a park opposite for leisure. Fukuzushi restaurant is just behind which tourists can enjoy the famous sushi here.

there’s still room to improve cleanliness.

nice hotel to stay at!

stayed here 7 years ago and decided to come back. check in process was smooth. room was a comfortable size. staff were friendly and attentive! room had a nice view. for breakfast, you could choose from japanese or western.

the “aircon” in the room wasn’t very useful. room felt a bit stuffy, but manageable.

Overall, the hotel is pretty good, would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I liked that there is free parking on site. The room is a decent size, very clean and there's a nice view of the mountain from the bathroom. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room air conditioning was not working properly for the last night of our stay.

Longer stay using Furano as a base for snow hiking

Attention to improving indoor air quality (HEPAs by elevator, on timers) Excellent cleaning staff / attentive and efficient Near train station Access to using microwave and washing machine Views. We’ve stayed here since 2017 on three holidays before and it’s reliable.

Travelers going against the hotel request to wear a mask, and show at the very least courtesy in their behaviour regarding that request & their general health measures. Observed these situations many times in our two week stay unfortunately. The onsen could be made more “natural” as it’s enclosed / not outside (example - even a small water feature like some hotels have could soften the interior. It’s small for the hotel size)

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, mostly with good English. Everything worked well, smooth and efficient.

A very small room. Not very easy to use when we were in Furano for the skiing. In itself not a problem, but it did not seem like good value for money
