Convenient location across from train and bus, close to restaurants. Friendly staff.
Rooms were on the small side.

Check in was seamless. It is self checkin so staff is not required which made it super easy no matter what time you get to the hotel. Parking was straight forward just next to the hotel. Beds are comfy. It is very close to the JR station if you are taking the train.
There is a window from the shower to the room which is a bit odd. The hotel was on the more expensive side for what it is but may because of the timing of the booking.

The staff members are great and speaks good English. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. It may not have many frills such as Restaurants or a pool but definitely a clean and nice place to stay!!
Security. The lift does not need a room card to go to each floor.
