Bad bad bad experience

Even for a usd60/day fare, very little attention to details and customer confort/satisfaction.

Many small details like apparels not functioning/unplugged that customer should not fix (air conditioning, water heater, toaster in breakfast), amateur flaws like no water in the room nor available to buy, vendor stickers on mattresses/bathroom pieces and BIG mistakes like no soap in the barhroom and hard plastic pieces in the breakfast cake. The owner never showed up (she excused herself and apologised only thru whatsapp) and never offered a discount/reimbursement!! It is too far from city center and taxi service is very poor and expensive (they rip you off!)

Disappointing stay in an expensive place with potential

Close to the dunes, so you are always the last to get picked up for excursions, and the first to get dropped off. Owner is responsive over whatsapp and booked all our excursions. The gym is well equipped. Pool is nice and warm. Small grocery store a couple of minutes away. Beds are comfy.

Staff at the hotel are really bad, don't know what's going on, and really inattentive. They almost made us miss an excursion by sending us with the wrong company. Wifi basically doesn't work, rooms are not made or even swept daily, so there was lots of sand everywhere after day one. Television is useless as the wifi doesn't work. We were in a new section, but badly built (almost no sockets in the room, breaker kept tripping, very low water pressure, light from the hallway shines into the room permanently, and no other lights than the ceiling ones). Breakfast is okay but quickly gone.

Falta de limpeza, pia do banheiro imunda mesmo depois de dizerem que tinham limpado o quarto. fio de cabelo dentro do cuscuz, moscas em todo lugar do cafe da manha, Sem possibilidade de pedir ovo frito ou tapioca. Chave do nosso quarto largada na recepção para quem quisesse pegar. Travesseiros e toalhas amareladas e sem possibilidade de troca.

Spacious room with great breakfast and swimming pool

Spacious room with balcony. Good breakfast. Swimming pool. Nice and welcoming staff.

Could have a better sunscreen brands for sale, reception sells sunscreen from unknown brands we bought the strongest but it made no difference and we ended up completely sunburn on the same day using the sunscreen we bought from the reception.

Apartamento vom bom tamanho pra 4 pessoas, cozinha com equipamentos básicos e boa estrutura de piscina e restaurante

O chão estava engordurado e tinha um barulho constante do ar condicionado pingando na telha.
