You also have the option to jump on the Bethany Beach trolly if you're having a lazy day! This five-bedroom home has all the comforts needed for a memorable stay. Nestled on the banks of the Assawoman Canal, you are likely to see a deer or two grazing in the backyard! Mealtimes will be a breeze with the recently updated kitchen featuring new appliances, countertops, and backsplash that re-energizes the space and keeps the chef happy. The kitchen leads into an open floor plan with a dining and living area. The first floor offers two bedrooms making it a perfect setup for two families vacationing together. A wood-burning fireplace and lofty ceilings with skylights provide an airy and cozy atmosphere. The second floor has access to a large deck for all the sunbathing that you can want! Enjoy gatherings of family and friends in the three seasons room with ample space for the beach getaways you'll want to repeat year after year. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Enjoyed the sized and location of the home. The main level flooring needs cleaned or replaced and the sofa set was dirty as well. Maybe some larger pots for the kitchen and pantry space. Overall a nice time.

We truly love this home. The driveway sneaks up on ya when arriving. But once you get inside it’s incredible. So open and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Plenty of space for full families to relax and not feel crowded at all. This home is very clean and cozy. We can’t wait to go back!!

We wanted to love this house, but unfortunately from the moment we walked in for a week-long beach vacation, it was one bad thing after another. Some of the problems were house-related while others had to do with the management company, Vacasa. We arrived on a Saturday and to our delight, received a text message from Vacasa that the house was ready for early check-in. When we walked in, not only was it extremely hot, but it was VERY clear that the house was not cleaned. The kitchen was covered in a dirty film and the bathrooms were just one disgusting mess after another. It was really gross so we contacted Vacasa who ended up sending a cleaning team to fix the error. Because we had our dog with us, we had to sit outside in the heat for an hour while the team cleaned the house. That was day 1. On day 2, the air conditioning broke. When we arrived ,the house was hot which is not unusual for a rental. We figured we just needed to lower the temperature and give it time to cool down. Well, that never happened. The house stayed at a steady (and balmy) 77 degrees no matter how low we dropped the temp. We called Vacasa…again and they said they would submit a ticket and send someone over. No one showed. We called again before the office closed to see what was going on and apparently there was no record of our original call or service ticket. – thank you Trish. After a bit of a heated conversation, they finally sent someone over who identified themselves as a “runner” whose only role was to assess the situation, not fix it. So another uncomfortable night was spent in the hot house. The HVAC company came the next day and did the best they could to cool it down, but mentioned that the entire system was very old and not serviced and needed attention. Luckily the temps outside were in the low to mid 80’s so it wasn’t as bad as it would have been should the weather be warmer. The final nail in the coffin on this rental is the water. It is on a well system with a water softener. We noticed a yellow-ish color to the water when washing dishes and it got progressively worse as the week went on. By day 5, the water was bright yellow and had a strong sulfur odor. Taking a shower was not pleasant both because of the water color and odor along with the fact that it doesn’t drain so you get to stand in the dirty, yellow water while you are trying to get clean. Not a pleasant way to spend a vacation.

This home comes fully stocked with kitchen appliances, board games, puzzles, and linens. All the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood is friendly and great for strolling. The kids really enjoyed the playground and foosball table. Tiffani is responsive and easy to work with. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had a short weekend getaway with a group of girls at this gorgeous house! We loved the open floor plan and enormous dining table! We cooked and ate the most delicious food, shared stories and meditated. We had a peaceful weekend that was much too short!!

The perfect rental!

The perfect rental!

Great house, great location, amazing yard. House was spacious, clean, and comfortable and came with all the necessities like sheets, silverware, and dishes. Great yard with access to the canal out back. Only a 2 block walk to Bethany trolley stop and paddle board/ kayak rentals. We are already planning our trip for next summer and will be renting this property again. The perfect rental for larger families.

The house was comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was convenient to the beach and stores. The back yard play area and fire pit were nice for relaxing. Perfect for families with younger kids!! Will definitely stay there again!

What an amazing home! The house is beautifully maintained and clean. The neighborhood was perfect and only a moment's drive to the beach. We tried to extend our stay but it was already booked! We will definitely be back!
