Disgusted. I booked and paid for a 2 night stay in September last year. They cancelled my booking the day before our stay claiming an ‘admin error’. Rubbish. Avoid at all costs - they are not to be trusted.

The whole experience was traumatising and horrifying. The property manager never met at the agreed time to give access to the apartment instead he shared a video on whatsapp. The building door lock was not working. I only mange to get inside as another resident from building opened the door. There is no lift and I had to climb five long and narrow slippery stair case while carrying heavy luggage's. Flat was left opened (unlocked) with a single key on the dining table. Shower was very small and narrow. The flat was not even vacuum cleaned. What was horrifying that I found a box full of unresolved murder cases reports and pictures of dead people. This was very scary and traumatising. I called the landlord /property manager 100's of times but no response. I have made him aware of all on messages but no response from him/her to date. I had to pay and move out to another property in emergency. The landlord is disagreeing to cancel and refund to Booking.

clean and adequate facilities, location quite good. kitchen was ok, modern. ok standard for the price

most significantly, I was not sent instructions on how to access the property before arrival. apparently they were sent to the wrong number. so I arrived with my wife and 6 year old at night and despite numerous calls and messages, it took the host 50 minutes to call me back. they did apologise and send me instructions on how to get in. they then promised compensation for the obvious distress this caused my child and family. the compensation was never sent, despite 5 WhatsApp, 2 text messages and 2 booking.com messages reminding them of their promise. their last communication was 24 days ago so this promise has clearly been broken. such a shame. for the property itself, negative points were: incredibly slow wifi (mobile internet was faster), mattresses very cheap and the property is up a lot of stairs. no signage whatsoever outside the property indicating you’re even in the right area.

Good location and well presented apartment

Shower pressure was very poor.

Right next to the Liver Birds building and near the main centre and the attractions. Everything's walkable. We came for Eurovision and couldn't have had a better place to stay. The apartment itself is very comfortable and spacious. It has all the amenities for self catering (although we ate out).

Very nice comfortable apartment and sorted wifi out for the tv and phones but not the heating...

Wifi an issue as the heating was controlled by it..... but it wasn't working in the apartment... very chilly at night.. shower was very temperamental hot and cold...

Manager was very helpful in swapping our apartment because my wife struggles with fibromyalga!!!

There was an odour all the time in the kitchen, tv area of the apartment!!!

communication was no existent. I emailed questions before our stay and still haven’t had a reply . when we got there although we requested a check in time there was no one there, we had to phone the number on the booking form and we’re told you’re in 8b keys are on the table. The lift was out of order ( which no one mentioned before we got there) and having just had a big Op the 6 flights of stairs with bags was an ordeal . The shower head wouldn’t stay in place and the water was boiling hot or freezing cold because the temperature gauge didn’t work, there was , no hairdryer ……..and I could go on !!!
