The owner is polite and responsive. The apartments were clean. The location is good. Check in was easy, though the key card for one of the apartments was missing from the lockbox; the owner resolved the issue immediately with the help of the reception desk. To avoid this, the owner should ensure the key card is in the lockbox before guests arrive.
If you are traveling as a group or with family, be aware that the apartments may be on different floors, making it less convenient to visit each other since the lifts are not operating properly and the lift management system is poor. The building also has rules that are not clearly communicated, and fines may be imposed without prior notice with no legal base. The check-in process is very informal, with no ID verification, signature, or invoice. Payment may also be requested through the lockbox, which may not feel very secure.
Overall, these issues are not unique to this property and seem to be fairly common in Georgia.

najważniejsza dla mnie była pewność i prostota zameldowania. Przyjeżdżałem w nocy z dzieckiem i obawiałem się kłopotów - zupełnie niepotrzebnie. Przemiły i szybki kontakt z właścicielką. Zero problemów.
