Havia realizado a reserva para uma criança, por um motivo que não sei explicar, a reserva estava para 2 adultos, eu havia parcelado a reserva e não quiseram parcelar ou dar desconto pelo inequivoco. A criança pagou como adulto.
Os travesseiros do quarto são pessimos.
Os atendentes não foram cordiais.
