Dissapointing, badly designed building, health and safety issues.

modern building built as terraces down a hillside, decor and fittings excellent. If the kitchenette was removed it would be a luxury hotel bedroom.

3 times round the block to find the narrow lane to the property. Tight bend in the lane with no turning space so I reversed out and illegally parked on the main road to unload. Had to ask the man in the penthouse how to get to the apartment. Down 45 steep stone external steps with the bags. Walked across the "private" terraces of number 8 & 9 to get to terrace of no 10. Couldn't find the key safe, had to ask the occupant in the apartment above - it was at the top of the 45 steps. Only entrance through glass door off terrace. No curtains or blinds, privacy afforded by electric shutter outside of entrance window. During the day shutter lowered half way to keep sun out, crawl under to get out and be able to lock the door. Should have key switch on outside wall to lower fully. No view of lake, only trees, backs of houses and a building site. No local tax cards left in the room - did we really pay the tourist tax? Fridge kept me awake, click whir whir clunk all night 1 metre from my pillow. Shutter fully down after dark for privacy, no mechanical winder to raise the shutter therefore would be trapped in the event of a power cut, no other exit. If there was a fire and a power cut I would be smashing my way out. Only 1 mug provided in the kitchenette !!! On leaving getting the bags back up the steps was one step at a time and I am a fit 68 year old, glad it never rained, car illegally parked again 150 metres away.

Für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt war es in Ordnung

Die Terrasse war ansprechend, aber auch nur, weil wir ein Eckzimmer hatten und weitere Gäste somit. nIcht vorbeilaufen mussten. Das Zimmer war akzeptabel, freundliches Dekor hat gefehlt. Die Lage war in Ordnung!

Sauberkeit im Aussenbereich des Objekts liess zu wünschen übrig. Modergeruch bei jedem Betreten des Zimmers, Sauberkeit jedoch in Ordnung. Das Bett mussten wir mit Kartonstreifen unterfüttern, da es gekippelt und bei jeder kleinen Bewegung geknarzt hat. Leider waren keine Infos im Zimmer hinterlegt, die auf gewisse Dinge hinweisen sollten (Terrassentür hat die Funktion einer Haustür, man kann sich schnell aussperren). In der Beschreibung fehkt der Hinweis auf über 40 Treppenstufen, die mit schwerem Gepäck nicht für Jedermann einfach zu bewältigen sind.

Resüme: Zimmer überteuert und nicht angemessen für mehre Tage. Überlingen zu jederzeit wieder, aber diese Wohnung werde

Bett war bequem, Wohnung war Zentrum s nah, Bad und Terrasse waren ok. Lösung mit dem Safe für den Schlüssel ist optimal.

Anreise sehr schwierig mit dem Auto. Zufahrt zu eng keine wendemöglichkeit. Versprochener Seeblick nicht vorhanden, 41 Treppen mit Gepäck bergabwärts schwer zu bewältigen. Man muss um ins Apartment Nr. 10 zu gelangen über die Terrasse von 8 und 9 laufen, man kann jeweils in die Betten schauen.. Zimmer war sehr klein da die küchenzeile neben dem Bett war. Küchenschränke hatten einen muffigen Geruch, Geschirr wie vom Flohmarkt, Bettwäsche hatte auch keinen frischen Geruch und war ungebügelt überzogen. Küchenausstattung im Angebot sagt nicht aus ob eine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden ist.

Für mich war es enttäuschend.

Das Appartement lag außerhalb und in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, die abends dunkel war. Fühlte mich als allein reisende Frau nicht unbedingt sicher und bin deshalb auch immer vom Landungsplatz mit dem Taxi hochgefahren. Viele Treppen bis zu dem Appartement und kein Aufzug, deshalb musste ich mein Gepäck alleine nach unten oder nach oben schleppen. Zugang zum Appartement nur über die Terrasse möglich. Es waren 2 weitere Zimmer auf der Terrasse nur mit Trennwänden getrennt.
