This was a first stop for us after landing late in Kalamata airport and it was in an ideal location - on the main road about 20 minutes away so it was easy to find. The welcome was lovely - no pressure to
leave early and helpful suggestions about where to eat. It was spotlessly clean and cool. The view from the terrace is a great spot for breakfast which you can buy from the cafe opposite.
Some people might not like the slight road noise but it didn’t bother us.

Το κατάλυμα είναι σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία αν θες να έχεις εύκολη πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της Καλαμάτας , έχει θέα από το μπαλκόνι τη θάλασσα ,έχει άνετους ζεστούς χώρους , καλό κλιματισμό και ιδιωτικό εξωτερικό Πάρκιν. Νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας.

The house was clean and comfortable overall, has a nice view and the owners were very kind and polite.
Although the balcony had a great view on the sea, the front is on the main road with lot of traffic and noise from the passing cars.
The house is too warm in summer time and you can't stay in without the use of air-conditioning all day long. We also had to kill cockroaches inside the house. There is not much to do around without taking the car.
