Close to the Camino route, easy check in once the owner turned up. Our room was a good size, and we had exclusive use of the downstairs bathroom. It is close to the port where the boat on the Translatio leaves. Not too far to a supermarket.
The owner was not readily on hand to check people in, and had to be phoned. There is no common area outside the room. We also felt the facilities were a bit dated - bedroom furniture, the bathroom fittings etc (but bear in mind that it is in an older building).

Location was perfect. Minutes from the dock, great view of the sunset, walking distance to beach, restaurants and groceries. Host was welcoming, offered to do all my laundry, and even carried my bag upstairs.
No toilet paper. Towels need freshening up. Shower curtains were not properly hung and looked sloppy.

The host was very helpful and this was conveniently located in town not too far from the Camino. She also offers to wash your clothes for free!
The bedding smelled like smoke, which was not great for my asthma.
