About this house rental

Located in Sun City Grand, this charming house for $260 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. A relaxing or adventurous Arizona vacation awaits in this 3+ bedroom 2 bath newly remodeled and fully furnished 2,466 sq foot home. You will enjoy being right on hole #4 of the Desert Springs Golf Course with your own private pool and in-ground spa, 25’x 25’ covered patio, firepit, outdoor TV, plus incredible views of the golf course, mountains, water, and Arizona sunset. Small dog (up to 10 lbs) allowed. For Sports Fans: • Spring Training: Kansas City Royals, Texas Rangers, Cincinnati Reds, Cleveland Indians, San Diego Padres, Seattle Mariners, Los Angeles Dodgers, Chicago White Sox • Golf Courses: Sun City Grand golf courses: Desert Springs, Cimarron, Granite Falls North and South, and many more nearby • NASCAR and Indy 500: Phoenix International Raceway nearby For Outdoor Fans: • Hiking & Biking Trails at White Tank Mountain • Kayaking and paddle boarding at nearby Lake Pleasant • ATV rentals with Island boys Rental • Horseback Riding at Arizona Horseback riding or Corral West Horse Adventures • Take a tour of the Grand Canyon or Sedona w Across Arizona Tours Please Note: • 1 person in your party must be 45 years and older due to HOA age restriction • Pool & Hot Tub can be heated for an additional fee. • Master Bedroom – King Mattress w TV, Ceiling Fan, and Master Bathroom on-suite • Bedroom 2 – Queen Mattress w Ceiling Fan, Pool and Golf Course View • Bedroom 3 – Queen Mattress w Ceiling Fan, Side Room w Full Size Mattress and Ceiling Fan • Bedroom 3 - Room inside this room (has pocket door) includeds Bunk Beds Twin/Over Full • Outdoor seats 14 w dining table, couch, chairs, and loungers • Internet is provided. • TV's are for streaming - cable is not provided. Use your Log In for Netflix, Prime, Youtube, Hulu, etc. • Kitchen is fully stocked w plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, baking sheets, glassware, blender, toaster, crockpot, mixing bowls, coffee maker, and more • Fireplace is living room is not operational. Please respect quiet time from 10 pm – 8 am. Fees: Refundable Golf Cart = $500 Non-Refundable Small Dog = $250 Non-Refundable Heating the Pool = $250/week Non-Refundable Heating the Hot Tub = 2 hours/daily included if more needed call owner to discuss Tenant is responsible for any damages to the property. Per our HOA a 30 day minimum stay is required. If you need a shorter stay please send an inquiry.

Beautiful house with a well equipped kitchen. We were there for an extended stay (6 weeks), The house had every thing we needed to feel right at home. Beautiful view! Loved the sunsets.

The place was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed plenty of sunshine, pleasant weather, a great pool and spa, and very responsive and pleasant to work with owners. Highly recommend if your looking for a relaxing getaway.

My 16 year old son and I stayed here while he played a weeklong baseball tournament. The weather was incredibly hot (114-118) and it was always nice to come home to a cool, clean house with a pool and golf course view each day. The owner was immediately responsive via text to any question we had during our stay and seemed happy to assist. We chose a location that was not necessarily in the middle of the baseball action and were willing to drive the 10-30 minutes to get to baseball fields. There were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores (Trader Joes is super close) to make sure we had a variety of food options. This was perfect for us and we'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
