Nestled in Palm Beach, this lovely condo for $111 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Isabella's Beach Retreat #3014 Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. Simply enter your desired dates and click 'Book Now!' Decorated in a sleek modern style, this condo is set up to help you keep it simple during your trip to Palm Beach. With a multi-window city view, you can enjoy a flood of natural light throughout the day. The beach is just a few blocks away! There are many superb attractions within walking distance, including the Paramount Theatre Building and Henry Morrison Flagler Museum, which are under one mile away. Florida’s oldest golf course at The Breakers Palm Beach is just under one mile away. The kitchenette, which includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster, will help you assemble simple meals and store leftovers from your food adventures in the city. Gaze out onto the city from the separate dining area. The TV will help you enjoy your favorite shows even while on vacation. You can also enjoy a shared outdoor pool and lounge area during your stay. A 24-hour front desk and two beach chairs are provided, and concierge service is available. THINGS TO KNOW The hotel is currently undergoing construction and because of it, the pool is closed from August 8, 2023 until November 30, 2023. Additionally, the hotel windows are being replaced and the hallways remodeled. This project is slated to last until February 2024, but it may persist longer. During construction periods, there will be audible noise and scaffolding around the hotel. Parking notes: No parking available. This rental is located on floor 3. Security camera details: Security cameras are installed in the public lobby and amenities areas. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. We enjoyed our stay in room 3014. It was clean, updated, and no noise was heard from outside. Safe area to walk at night. Beach in walking distance. Publix supermarket right across the street. Room includes a mini fridge with freezer, microwave small eating area. All basic kitchen items were included, as well as Beach towels and chairs, basic toiletries and blow dryer. The hotel/condo main area is undergoing some construction but it didn’t affect us. Pool looked nice and was warm. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bed comfy and room has ac and a ceiling fan. Vacasa let us check in earlier than 4pm which was helpful. I read that hallways had a strange smell but we didn’t experience that on the 3rd floor or anywhere we went. Price was good esp compared to others in same area. For cheaper restaurants walk across the bridge to West Palm beach area. Would stay here again.

Pros: It was easy to check-in, easy to navigate to, able to get into the place easily. Front desk was very nice. Easy to communicate with the company and use their app.
Cons: 1. The sheets were incredibly uncomfortable (they felt like the plastic type sheets you see in hospital rooms), and it was really difficult to sleep in, to the point where we had to use the extra mattress covers as blankets. 2. There were ants in the bathroom and on the counter (despite not having any food out). 3. The wifi was very spotty (sometimes wouldn't connect on certain devices or at certain times of day/night). If we actually were dependent on the WIFI and were spending more time at the location, it would likely be more of an issue. 4. Finally, the host provided one travel size shampoo tube for 2 people for a 4 night stay. I asked for an extra shampoo tube, but the host was unwilling to provide any. Honestly, I feel this is standard practice at any hotel or any vacation company that's catering to customer experience. Since this is their standard practice, I provide this information on my public review, so future guests should be made aware of it.

Look further than this accommodation. I stayed two weeks and had a chance to view several other choices at Palm Beach Hotel that were so much better than this room. This choice is very tired, worn and outdated. Carpet dirty upon arrival and stained, appliances missing parts or not working, bed very uncomfortable, AC blows full force at head level across the bed which is a big problem, bathroom very outdated, cheaply done and needs repair, screws and bolts dropping out of the furniture, table wobbly and seats not attached to dining chairs, drawers in cheap dresser don’t open well and drag, NO amenities - not even toilet paper- bring your own or buy, owner did not provide any info on this accommodation including no Wi-Fi log-in and I used unsecured hotel Wi-Fi for a week before told to ask for owner log in, No parking placard provided and zero help from Vacasa to find a parking solution, refrigerator has only two adjustments - freeze food or spoil food - nothing in between, blind doesn’t go all the way down and had to hang a hand towel on blind for privacy. I would not recommend this sub standard accommodation. Keep looking.

Wonderful French bakeshop downstairs with fabulous coffee and croissants. The beach and Lake Trail are very easy walks. There is no where to park your car - so plan to Uber or park at a friend's house.

-The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional. They referred to me as “mama” instead of my name, and told me I should have stayed at a 5 star hotel if I wanted basic amenities such as parking.
-There is no parking available, even for a fee. You will be required to move your car once per hour the entire duration of your trip.
-The entire unit smelled of sewage every time I used the bathroom sink or flushed the toilet.
-The elevator was broken, and a woman became stuck inside while using it.
-The facilities are severely outdated. The hallway outside of our unit smelled bad, and the paint/carpet looked dirty.
