Unlimited use of Coffee Machine
Door frame in the bathroom has mould growing on it. Having a curtain for the shower would help.

They allow for late checkout (12:00) for people running marathons, very useful to remove some pressure.

In general, the area is clean and safe to stay at - even our vehicles are safe. The security is tied enough.
The noise in the corridor was too much when I just wanted some peace and quiet. I also think many of your clients would appreciate having a mini fridge in their rooms. You could raise your rates to cover the cost of installing air conditioning.
