Pamela was very helpful and communicative leading up to our arrival, and she quickly resolved an issue with the WiFi when we arrived. You do need a phone plan in order to remotely enter the first time/when you arrive. The place is as advertised and was comfortable for the two of us for three nights. The location is very close to the tram and metro so it was easy to get around the city, and it was easy to come and go throughout our stay. Other reviews mentioned the noise from the tram - you can certainly hear it, but this was never a problem for us. The welcome drinks and snacks were a nice touch after our long day of travel to arrive.
As others mentioned, the shower pressure is a little light and the water temperature was variable during peak hours, but overall it wasn't a big issue. Some of the kitchen utensils and plates were not clean, but that is a reflection on the prior guests more than the host. It was very hot during our three days in the city and the A/C couldn't get the room below 25 C, which may be comfortable for some people but was quite warm for us at night.

The host was very kind and attentive to our arrival time. She provided us with snacks and water that helped us with our taking of the train the next morning in a rush. It was close to many restaurants and the train station
IT was on a very busy street where you could hear the tram and people very late at night and early in the morning. It is not for light sleepers!
