The apartment is spacious; the staff are super friendly, particularly the security.
Being centrally located, does mean it can be a bit noisy in the morning with traffic (and birds)

The security guards were super helpful.
We did not get the unit we booked, which was very disappointing to start off with - communication was also non existing unfortunately - the air con did not work - our access cards did not work which meant we had to be led in by security every time we left and came back. We had very luke warm water the following morning. The balcony table was dirty. We felt underwhelmed by our stay. It lack personal detail.
