Incredible location, literally under a minute from the beach. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy upon arrival. There was coffee pods, anti mosquito plugs and burners, multiple towels, TV, body wash and shampoo, hair dryer, AC and probably other stuff im missing. The service and Alex were incredible. He always replied to our queries within 30 minutes and sorted them out immediately! We were greeted with kindness and super useful info. Basically zero complaints
There were very few issues. The room we were in had no sunlight but that was entirely due to our choice, just something to be wary of. There still a fair amount of mosquitoes inside which we cleared with a broom, but again, not a big deal.

We love this place.
First line to the sea, nice owner Alex - easy to communicate.
Comfortable apartment, big balking, free parking lot.
Lots of places to eat near by.
Highly recommend to rent a car and a self drive boat, Alex can give all necessary contacts.

The property was in a perfect location, with stunning ocean views and direct access to the beach just a few steps away. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it an ideal getaway from the crowds and noise.
The accommodation itself was spacious and comfortable, featuring a large bedroom, a generous bathroom, and a very comfortable sofa. The air conditioning worked exceptionally well, which made the stay even more enjoyable.
Overall, this is the perfect place for anyone looking for a quiet and relaxing vacation while still being close enough to enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Stunning view from the balcony. As we visited at the very end of holiday season, it was very quiet and peaceful. Even though the beach was very littered with debris, we took long walks to the little harbour.
Even following Google Maps, it was very difficult at night to find the location. The Villa signs are very bad, with green words on a brown piece of wood, almost hidden from view.
Very narrow and few parking spaces.
Not easily accessible for older people, due to many stairs. Had to struggle with heavy luggage up and down many stairs.
No shower facility in bathroom.
It took a very long time for the water to heat up and one day we had no hot water.
Very old TV. Could not connect my laptop wirelessly. They provided me a HDMI cable though. Appreciated the support!
We were pestered by hornets and had to move inside some times.
The fly screen to the balcony broke and even after reporting, it was not fixed.
