The location is perfect, it's right at the beach. They offer 2 sunbeds at the beach and 4 at the pool. The rooms are spacious and with AC

The property does not have a fence with the neighboring restaurant and with the beach, so the dog or the child can wander off.

We’ve been visiting Skiathos for over ten years, but this stay felt particularly special, and Amouage Villa helped make our time on this beautiful island truly memorable. The villa is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and full of lovely little touches. The access to the beach is also wonderful. A special mention has to go to our host, Raffaela, who really made our stay. She helped us with car hire, restaurant recommendations and bookings, organised a fantastic boat trip, and even arranged and delivered a birthday cake for our little boy, which was delicious! She went above and beyond, and I’m not sure the stay would have been quite as special without her. We were so saddened to hear she won’t be hosting the villa after this year, people really do make all the difference, and she is worth her weight in gold!

Our only small suggestion would be around cleaning. Given the price point, we would have appreciated the villa being serviced more than once during our stay, particularly emptying the bathroom bins every couple of days and a quick sweep. We were happy to do this ourselves but couldn’t find a refuse bin outside the villa. We had family staying in other villas nearby who received daily cleaning, so it felt worth mentioning. That said, this was a small point in an otherwise wonderful stay. We absolutely loved our time here and would happily return.

The location is absolutely perfect and the 4 sun loungers included on the beach were a very welcome addition.

Excellent location

My sun got burned on the shower pipe. The water gets hot to unsafe degrees. I don't know hot it's do e in Greece but there is a limit of how hot water should get out of the faucet. This was close to a boiling point. He has a scar on his arm now. First day both my kids went into the pool the size of a jacuzzi they came out with rashes on their legs and it was painful for them to go into the salt water for the next 24 hrs or so. The place felt dirty and to our amusement we saw a lizard in the kitchen that went up the wall behind the fridge and into the ceiling. Ants all over the house. You can get better value for the money despite that the the house is on the beach. Actually the beach in front of the house was always packed, the two chairs dedicated to it were always taken.
