This is a great value, but do keep in mind that the rooms are quite basic. Small, but OK for two people, but the furnishings are very basic (for example, the couch had a throw cover on it) and the bathroom is almost comically small. I rated it an "8" but that's adjusted for the more than reasonable price.
We arrived late and left pretty early so didn't get much chance to interact with the staff, but the owners seemed extremely friendly and helpful.
I didn't pick this up from the photos, but the cottages are very near the highway (Route 7A). Fortunately there didn't seem to be much traffic at night, but it did get noisy pretty early in the morning.
The owners have done a nice job with maintaining what appear to be very old cottages, but in our experience they need to focus more attention on the door locks. It was nearly impossible to remove the key from the front door once it was opened, and the bathroom door was also quite rickety.
This could be a plus or minus depending on your preferences, but the property is a bit isolated. Overall that's probably fine given the area, but be prepared for a 6+mile drive to the nearest restaurants (and even further for groceries).

You have your own little cabin with a cute front porch which is great for breakfasts and an evening drink. There is a lot of space and Janelle (owner) is exceptionally friendly and has great tips!

Such a cute little cabin. Beds were soft and comfortable. Felt more like a B&B style or boutique-ish as opposed to a roadside motel. Sheets on our beds were a soft jersey with plenty of blankets. Front staff/owner was friendly and helpful. Quiet property away from the road. We were travelling through Vermont and only stayed one night but this would be a place I would come back to as a destination.
Things that are inherent to the property type: shower/bathroom is very very small. It is a rural property and therefore there are bugs--we only had one moth in the room, however. If you know rural life, it is nothing alarming, but you are very close to nature.

A bit stuffy in the room. It would be nice with better ventilation so we could get fresh air while sleeping.

Great Value. Host was very helpful, and I liked very much the individual cabin set up. Nice porch to sit outside which I did, and only 8 cabins, so nice and quiet. Absolutely worth the stay.
My only issue is the location is a little remote. I was on a motorcycle so to get a little something to eat in the morning or dinner required riding not walking anywhere. This was not a major issue though, and the bottom line is I would stay there again.
