Apartment is lovely and location is great but some of the interior features took away from the stay.

Bed was very creaky and difficult to get to sleep in, lack of AC, one small fan wasn’t enough. Light in sitting room didn’t work properly. Had to hold shower head in one hand making it difficult to shower.

- Good price for Nice in August, quiet location near amenities - Good location in the port, 25min walk from Nice Old Town, bus stop right outside connecting other towns - Good balcony for group

Nice stay

Good location and a nicely decorated home. The terrasse was very nice! Building felt safe and was nice! Overall a good stay.

the floors were somewhat dirty and also the shower, we wore shoes around the house so it wasn’t a big problem. We struggled a lot with the heat since there was no AC (which was something we knew before arriving), but the apartment got really hot at times and we ended up buying fans.
