A friendly host who was happy to chat and help with everything. There was a bus stop nearby.
It's a beautiful area.
Traffic noise sometimes from the road above.
I would have liked to stay longer.

After messing up my booking at the campsite, I found myself in Colchester, needing emergency accommodation for three nights during the heatwave. Fortunately, I found Sunshine Room and was able to book the three nights. Mandy and family were extremely welcoming and helpful. The en-suite room was very comfortable with a double bed, a sofa, a pedestal fan, and a small fridge with tea and coffee making facilities. Most importantly for me, it was quiet, and I could work and relax. The room and hosts exceeded my expectations, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

Everything especially the welcoming. Great people and very warming. Clean, comfortable, easy to get to, relaxing and the effort they go to to make sure you are looked after.
