Two Bedroom ,Two Full Bath King Bed, Queen Bed Sleeps 4 Welcome to Fairways. This wonderful cottage is located on the Sandestin® Golf & Beach Resort. Enjoy a morning or afternoon on the screened in patio or the uncovered outdoor deck with a lovely view of the water. Enjoying driving the cart on the resort to Baytowne, the beach, tennis, Jolee Island and more. The master bedroom, located on the back side of the cottage with a water view, includes a king bed, flat screen TV and a large walk- in closet with a washer and dryer. The master bathroom has a tub/shower combo for your convenience. Our guest bedroom is just to the right when you enter this lovely cottage and contains a queen bed, large closet ,and a flat screen TV. The connected guest bathroom has a full shower. Enjoy a fabulous golf cart ride just a couple miles from the beach. Cart can be taken through underground tunnel under the highway all the way to the beach! The spacious kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a relaxing family getaway: Stainless steel appliances, utensils, cookware, Keurig more. The dining area seats up to up people. Repairs to the property needed to be completed, the air conditioning vents had a lot of condensation which caused there to be hold around the vents. Patio fan was not usable due to it needing repairs, patio lounges had 1 cushion but it was moldy. The bedrooms needed ceiling fans, kitchen was stocked for cooking. Overall it’s nice but for price per night it should have been cleaner and noting broken. Also BIG NOTE the Hot water heater WILL NOT accommodate 3 woman who need to get ready for dinner!!!!!!

This cottage was warm and inviting and the location was convenient to the shops and restaurants which we could use the golf cart to get to. We had family and friends staying nearby because of a wedding we were all attending and the location was within minutes of the venue and hotel where the rehearsal dinner was. It was very quiet and we felt safe in the neighborhood we were in.

We had a fabulous time at this cottage in Miramar Beach! It was the perfect place for a week of relaxing after our daughter’s wedding. This cottage is in the perfect spot! It is spacious and equipped with anything you need. The screen porch with the firepit is wonderful, and we spent most mornings on the deck eating breakfast and feeding the fish! The golf cart is a great amenity! We had rented a car since we flew, but we only got in the car twice during the week. Next time, and yes there will be a next time, we will probably just use an Uber. The absolute only thing that we would suggest is that the owner purchases new pillows for the beds . They are quite flat. I would have brought my own if we had driven and would never have known, but since we used them I felt the owner would like to know. Again it was a wonderful stay and we are already planning our next visit!

The property is located right off highway 98 in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool was close by. The golf cart provided can only be used on the property. We had family staying on 30 A Scenic drive,Miramar beach we were unable to drive to them with the golf cart so the golf cart was not useful for us and was one of the reasons we rented the cottage. We had never been to Destin so we were unaware of the layout. I feel that part should be clearer under the details.
The mattress's are hard and pillows are not fluffy both need replaced.

We had a great time and the golf cart was perfect for going anywhere in the Sandestin resort! Definitely the way to do it and not worry about Ubers or renting a car. The place was very cozy and even had a fire table to enjoy coffee or cocktails around with friends. Beautiful view in the back. Great trip! Would recommend!

We needed a stay for one night, and I wanted to take the opportunity to check out a location for our next stay. This was perfect! We will definitely be back for an entire stay. The cottage was so cute and cozy, very clean (and I am super picky!), and such a great surrounding. The screened porch, back deck, and water view were very nice! The kitchen was well equipped and all the rooms were comfy. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Very beautiful house that was very quite and peaceful. Very nice change from the busy condo we usually stay in. It looked just like the pictures. Very comfortable beds, beautiful views, quite neighborhood and we loved the golf cart included! We would definitely stay here again!!

Peaceful getaway
This place was awesome. As a past reviewer stated that you are away from the beach but the golf cart makes it easy to access. We had a wonderful stay, the place was comfortable and had everything you needed. Management was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

Already Want to Come Back
Loved this house! It was perfect for our family and we absolutely loved the golf cart. It made getting to the pool and the beach a breeze…and it was fun. The resort community is nice and quiet and has almost everything you need. Glad we booked here in Miramar instead of Destin - much less crowded.

Cottage was perfect for four adults (although I would have preferred a king in the second bedroom). Cottage sat on a quiet cul de sac . Golf cart was wonderful addition for getting around instead of the car. House was decorated nicely. My husbands only complaint was the mattress in the main bedroom was way too soft and his back hurt. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend.

Further from the beach than I like but had fun on the golf cart!! No special welcome treats like Kureg coffee for the morning! No grill available for bbqing! And the heated pool was broken with no bbq area there either! The stove was not easy and had a hard time locking the front door! Unable to use the gas fire pit in the screened area because it’s for owners only! Wouldn’t book there again! But we had a good time!

Everything you need in a beautiful setting.
We travel to Sandestin several times per year and stay in different locations within the resort. The scenery surrounding this cottage is stunning and the neighbors were friendly. Golf cart is a big plus if you want to go to the beach or Baytowne. Our only recommendation would be that new mattresses be purchased.

Sincerely loved our entire stay…the property was gorgeous & absolutely exact as listed! Our morning feathered friends swimming in the canal out back was a gorgeous bonus (lol)!

Celebrated her birthday weekend here with my wife. We love the Fairways area at Sandestin and this unit did not disappoint! Comfortably appointed and the very best stocked kitchen we seen yet! Loved the smart TV’s in each room and the nice view from the king bed in the master bedroom in the back (we’ve seen a few put the king bed in the front bedroom for some reason?) Fun feeding the fish, ducks, and turtles from the nice deck too! And lastly, the golf cart is ALWAYS a bonus! We just love Sandestin!!!!!
