Summary: - Welcome to the fun-filled Sunrise Suites complex located on the quiet side of Key West. - Just 1 mile from the beach where aqua blue waters & loungers await. - Only a 10 minute ride to downtown Duval Street restaurants, attractions & nightlife. - Top floor condo in a four-story building, located close to the airport and individually decorated. - Your stay includes access to all of your must-haves: shared hot tub, heated pool, walking paths, biking trails, tennis court & laundry facilities! The Space: The Grand Turk Suite sleeps up to 6 guests. The master bedroom features a king size bed and in-suite full bathroom. While the second bedroom features a queen size bed with an attached bathroom and entrance from the hall. Sleep extra guests on the queen size pull out couch in the living room. The private balcony is perfect for unpacking your afternoon lunch after a day at the pool. Or whip up some dinner in the fully equipped kitchen, including a Keurig Coffee Maker, dishwasher and cooking essentials. There is central AC at this unit as well as internet, TV, and cable. Guest Access: Our contactless check-in procedure makes check-in easy. Guests will receive a personalized access code prior to arrival. Shared Community Features: The guests of this condominium are able to take advantage of the shared hot tub, shared washer and dryer, shared pool, and tennis courts. The Neighborhood: Grand Turk Suite is located inside of the Sunrise Suites Resort Community located just minutes away from the World Famous Duval Street and its vibrant restaurants, art galleries and nightlife. Inside the community you can find a corner store, spa, walking and biking trails. It is also located just a short drive away from the nightly Sunset Celebration and entertainment at Mallory Square. Getting Around: One of the best parts of staying in Key West is how close in proximity you are to everything, this small little 2x4 island offers a variety of ways to get to and from your destination! Don’t feel like walking? Peddle your way to breakfast, or take a bike ride along the water at sunset, by renting from Fury or Island Bicycles who offer both pick up & drop off of bike services! Feel like you’re on island time when you rent from Minty’s where you can enjoy exploring Key West on a scooter or golf cart! In addition to these non-traditional modes of transportation, you can also Uber, Lyft or Taxi to your next destination. Pink Taxi is an easy, reliable and affordable way for getting to your rental from the airport. There is 1 parking spot available per apartment. However, the spots are not marked. They are available on a first-come first-serve basis so we can not guarantee close proximity to your unit. A second parking spot is a possibility and based off of parking lot vacancy. Should you see an additional spot, you may park free of charge. Other Things to Note: There are shared washer and dryers available on the first floor Unit has both elevator and stair access. Pets are welcome! Our requirements are as follows: •40lb maximum per pet •$15/night per pet •2 pet maximum Please let us know if you plan on bringing your pet.

Very clean apartment, well located, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, the owners were very kind, they allowed us to check in early in the morning, they were very attentive and made us feel at home The location of the apartment is very good, in the entrance of the condominium you can find a small market. the place is quiet, we really enjoyed the pool.

The condo unit was fine, but old and poor quality cabinets, flooring, etc. The closet doors were broken and/or didn’t close. The cabinets were shoddily repaired in the kitchen. There was a broken area of vinyl plank by the refrigerator. Gross carpet in the main bedroom. The pool was closed for the weekend. Not quite what I expected for the price. The location was good. The check in/out process was good. There was adequate parking.

Property was very clean and property managers were excellent in answering questions or providing recommendations. The unit does need some TLC. Curtains in living room and bedroom need replacement. Tile missing in kitchen. Closet door In master bedroom very hard to open and close. Short drive to Duval street but an 1 hour walk. Overall unit was quiet great for family and clean.

Unit was clean. View was awesome. Plenty of linens & towels for review. Not far from beach & Duval St. Would definitely stay here when making another trip to Key West.

While staying in Tavernier we decided to take an overnight trip to Key West. Booked this great condo for just one night on short notice. It was very clean and comfortable. Quick Uber to all the action, bars and restaurants on Duval. This unit is right by the pool which was not crowded at all. Next time we will stay longer!

WiFi was not password protected and did not work. So you can not use the Wi-Fi. The TV was all low definition , about 10+ years behind the times. Refrigerator leaked water from the freezer area to the main compartment. No Kleenex or dishwasher tab. One would expect higher quality for the price. We will not be repeat customers.

Easy to book and keyless entry so very easy access. Property acceptable and clean. Cabinetry, coffee table, and closets door in need of repair or upgrade. Conveniently located beside airport, but still quiet. Nice heated pool and hot tub that my son loved.

My kids (20,21,22) and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. We used the pool and hot tub daily. The beach was a short drive away. We didn’t bring our rackets so couldn’t use the tennis courts.
