Location - picturesque! You need to brace yourself when you go up the steep hill but you do it twice and the third time is easier. If you know what a precise parallel parking is - you’re covered. Comfy mattresses, balcony where you can chill and observe the sunrise and the moonrise, the pool is nice and perfectly enough, clean waters. Beautiful view, serenity and tranquillity knocks to your door! We loved the fig tree and managed to try some, the olive trees woods behind the building and the cicadas make your day. Remember to bring a snack for the 🐈⬛💜 We loved the lazy vibe- quiet hours between 9-22 - perfect!
Only things the owner cannot change during hot summer - mosquitos are awful and quiet so every evening we had to turn into killers before going to bed, and the wasps on the balcony - dreadfully interruptive (maybe they have a hive somewhere close?)!
The walls are rather thin and we had some sloppy neighbours next door at the beginning, every sound was echoed.

Loved the location overlooking the sea, just 17 rooms in the block. A few kilometres to Benitses and no problem with a car or quad bike. Just very relaxing setting
For us the positives far outweigh any small issues. The bathroom looked new, the kitchen would benefit a microwave, but we managed the few times we “cooked” with the 2 ring hob.Some people might not like the steep hill up to the property, but with a car we had no issue.

The hotel did have some positives – the room was clean, fresh towels were provided, and the staff came by every day to take out the trash, which was a nice touch. There’s also a pool, and the view from the hotel is really beautiful.
That said, for us, it just wasn’t worth it. The hotel is located literally on top of a very high hill, and the road to get there is extremely risky. It’s narrow, two cars can’t pass at the same time, and at night it’s even worse since there are no lights. Driving up felt dangerous, and walking isn’t really an option unless you have very strong legs.
Inside, the soundproofing was basically nonexistent. We could hear our neighbors clearly, and sometimes we’d even be woken up in the morning when they opened their balcony.
Parking was another problem. There isn’t an actual parking lot – cars are just left next to the trees, and when it’s full you need to park farther up the hill. At night, this was stressful because one wrong maneuver could literally make you fall off the hill.
Overall, while the hotel is clean, has a pool, and offers a nice view, the dangerous road, lack of soundproofing, and poor parking situation made the stay too stressful for us to really enjoy it.
