We had a good one-week stay in this beautiful, comfortable chalet in Fiesch. We were a group of four adults and three children, and the chalet was spacious and very well suited for our family. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and internet connection was reliable. One highlight was the large patio/deck, with plenty of comfortable chairs and a table, offering a beautiful, relaxing view of the surrounding mountains.
Our major concern was pricing and its transparency. While price displayed on Booking.com was clear CHF 1,073 including cleaning fee of 295/- and some additional local tax which we found reasonable and acceptable.
However, before arrival we were asked to pay substantial amounts separately under the headings “Service Charges” and “Other Charges,” without a clear breakdown or explanation of what these charges covered. Subsequently we knew that CHF206.50 meant for linen fee@ 29.50/person even for 3 yrs old; and CHF173.46 as Property Service charges (@CHf 4.13/person/night including 3yrs old, DON'T understand why?
There were only 3 toilet rolls and one trash bag provided for 7 people staying for 6 nights. Upon enquiry we were told to buy the stuff ourselves.
We would have appreciated these costs were clearly itemised and disclosed at the time of booking so that we could understand the total cost in advance.
On the website listing it is marked that children under six stay free. It is highly surprising that we were charged for our three year-old child as well.
We raise these points respectfully, as greater clarity and transparency regarding all additional charges would make the booking experience more reassuring and help future guests avoiding unexpected costs.

De indeling van het huis en de voorzieningen die aanwezig waren zoals het keukeninventaris de tv met canal digitaal, alsmede de comfortabele bedden en het buitenterras.

Big and beautiful
Not very clean specially bathrooms and they should provide more than one bin bags and bin for the house. The staffs need professional communication skills ( I do not mean the language skills). Very unhelpful and mean talking.
