Apartamento en pefecto estado. Limpieza impoluta, no había polvo en ningún rincón. Cocina totalmente equipada. Esta pefectamente situada. Zona muy tranquila y a la vez en el centro. La anfitriona nos contestaba al momento cualquier duda que teníamos. En general experiencia muy positiva.
Al ser un bajo se nota muchísimo la humedad. Pusimos una lavadora y varias prendas no las podemos poner en la secadora y nos costo la vida que se secará, tuvimos que poner en pleno agosto un poco la calefacción y aún asi costo mucho.
Las camas en la habitación de matrimonio eran bastante incomodas, el colchon o bien los listones estan dados de sí y te hundes hacia un lado.

Communication from owner very good, helpful and friendly.
Location excellent - very central, near supermarket, station, and well placed for cable cars: views spectacular. Kandersteg is a beautiful old village, remarkably unspoiled by development.
Atmosphere good - nice old authentic chalet (with a tendency to creak!) . Stayed cool when it was really hot outside.
Facilities adequate (providing 2 keys was a useful bonus when we wanted to do different things)
Garden a bonus, but shared, so sometimes not available/lacking privacy.
The over-bath shower was poor - difficult to regulate temperature, & awkward to use.
The balcony was disappointing - very small, and never gets the sun (used garden instead).
The advertised washing machine/tumble drier we not in the apartment, but one shared between all apartment users, and the apartment cleaner/caretaker, the latter who had washing in the machines much of the time we were there. T
There were no manuals/user instructions for the equipment (except washing machine).
That said, the good bits very much outweigh the bad bits & we'd happily come back.
