Big clean apartment no.7 with huge balcony surrounding all apartment. Beautiful view, lovely swimming pool. Nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. Airconditions in all apartment, fully equipped kitchen. Quiet area.The Best restaurant( local and cheap) and big shopping centre one minute walk away. Bus stop less then minute walk away. Big carpark on front of apartment.

The apartment is located around 3.5km from beach, taxi is 10€ each way, but you can use buses which will be cheaper.

We just love the location that’s isn’t suited to everyone & who can’t fall in love with those views?

There was no barbecue as we have stayed in other apartments on the complex that have one as it’s nice just to stop in a couple of nights relaxing in your comfy gear enjoying local produce from Phillipos the local supermarket and several bottles of local wine from Vasilikon Winery that is very near to Peyia. Also just to be picky, there was no mirror in the bedrooms near to a plug to dry your hair and put on your make up and the wardrobes hanging space were too high, I think Peter Crouch would struggle to reach!

The views, the quietness and the space within apartment.

There was a lot of wasted space on ground floor that could have been used for parking. Signage to identify property non existent and was particularly difficult at nighttime to locate apartment Balcony was found to be unswept when chairs moved . Dirt and pieces of paper underneath chair Bedding very basic . Could have been coordinated better . Tv ...... experienced alot of buffering

Incredible view and amazing pool. Very spacious accommodation, equipped with everything you need. Location on map was very accurate, easy to find. A lot of taverns/bars nearby, walking distance. Quite surroundings and amazing terrace, very spacious. The pool also is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and tables. Strongly recommend this accommodation!

very generous wrap around terrace meaning all day sunshine. photos don’t actually make it clear how generous the outside space is. there is also a good sized outdoor dining table and chairs as well as the outdoor sofa and chairs at the front. loungers and another sofa round the back. the property was very clean, spacious and well equipped. both showers were excellent. exceptional views. excellent wifi connection. very quiet area which suited us. the pool is private for the building use only and was quiet, a lot of the time nobody there. supermarket only a short walk from the property. helpful host and rental management company.

no concerns / criticisms about the property itself. there was an issue with taxis and hire car trying to find the property. it doesn’t seem to register on sat nav / gps. Pegia, the area is very hilly which made walking around difficult. we decided to hire a car for part the break because of this. that would be my recommendation for anyone staying in pegia. our arrival time was 10.30/11 pm. it would’ve been helpful to have some drinking water available for our arrival. maybe a suggestion for future late arrivals.

The location. Breathtaking views perched near the top of the hill overlooking Peiya town and bay, the sunsets were incredible. Local area facilities were excellent with a supermarket a short 5 minute walk from the apartment, several restaurants to choose from and a great little bar (The Jail) just a 10 minute walk down the road. We found the location particularly useful as we dined many nights over in Latsi and Polis as well as Peyia town itself (the apartment is located between the 3). Any issues that may come up are quickly dealt with by a local agent (we locked ourselves out of the property, the problem was rectified within 30 mins). Highly recommended 🙂

Maintenance requires a little more attention but, other than that, excellent.
