La habitación olía a humedad y un olor raro como de orines

Instalaciones cómodas, habitación pequeña pero con lo necesario.
El hotel es lindo en medio del bosque en contacto con la naturaleza. Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero muy limpias y los áreas comunes cómodas.
Sin embargo, es una lástima que el personal sea tan inflexible. Este fin de semana fui con mi esposa y una pareja de amigos, en la noche me llevaron un pastel por mi cumpleaños y pedimos si podían proporcionarnos algunos platitos para compartir con otros huéspedes y personal del hotel.
Nos comentaron que si ingresabamos con alimentos y bebidas en las áreas comunes cobrarían un descorche. Lo cual entendemos perfectamente para hacer consumo en el hotel y justo estábamos cenando y pidiendo de su coctelera.
Sin embargo, pienso que por cuidar la atención al cliente pudieron tener una consideración.
Para usar el jacuzzi te dan media hora por habitación, teniamos 2 reservadas y no nos permitieron estar 1 hora.
Vimos a una masajista entrando a un servicio y ella nos dio unos costos. Posteriormente el hotel dijo que teníamos que hacer el pago por medio de ellos y nos dieron costos mucho más elevados.
Se invita a que pongan atención en los comentarios que hemos hecho en el servicio y atención al cliente. Tienen varias reseñas respecto a la poca amabilidad del personal.

The glamping tents were really nice and the beds very comfortable. The forest around us was beautiful. The staff was really attentive. Overall a marvelous experience.
The neighbors decided to have a very noisy night-long party. We would have loved the silence rather than the music.

New installations, surrounded by nature!
The rooms and installations are made to look quite bigger than they actually are. People were having drinks literally outside my room and we could hear everything. Felt we overpayed for our stay.
