About this house rental
Located in Fernandina Beach, this attractive house for $750 per night is a great option for your next trip. • Two additional master suites w/king beds, connected ensuites w/ double vanities, enormous tiled walk in showers including rain heads and an additional laundry room were just completed. NOTE: If you are interested in utilizing an alternate option(s) for either: 4 BR, 3.5 BA -or- 3 BR, 2.5 BA, please send an “inquiry” vs a “booking request”. Note: A Slice of Heaven is only available to one group at a time (max - 10 guests). • Enjoy 24/7 partial view of the ocean from all windows and off of the front deck, view sunsets from the back deck on the upper level. • New furnishings including all new beds and high thread count sheets, granite countertops, separate pantry, two laundry rooms with full size washer/dryer combo • Conveniently located on the island close to the intersection of Atlantic Blvd and S. Fletcher Ave. The home is located on a double corner lot with safe access for biking through neighborhood behind the house. Egans Trail, the Y and downtown Fernandina Beach are accessible by bike. • Enjoy an easy, 6- 7 minute stroll to the Sandbar and Salt Life restaurants (located near main beach), also putt-putt and tennis courts. • Note: Kitchen, family room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are located on upper floor (accessible from two sets of exterior stairs - no interior stairs). *Large spacious flex space with 80” TV and 1/2 BA is located on the lower (ground level). Gates are installed at the top of both exterior sets of stairs for extra safety for little ones.

This house was a great fit for our family. We enjoyed it’s location , close to downtown Fernadina and the beach. We also enjoyed the ping pong table.

We stayed at this wonderful home for a mother-daughter trip for 9 of us and it was perfect. Communication with Jackie was hands-down the best I've had in all of my experiences with VRBO and the home was even better than described. She has thought of everything to make the stay perfect. Short walk to the beach and short drive to the downtown area. We hope to be back again!

Even before our arrival Jackie answered all my questions about pickle-ball courts. The house was located right across the street from the beach and close to some yummy restaurants. Only a few minutes from downtown Amelia Island. It had all the essentials, we cooked breakfast, made drinks and cooked dinner several times! The beds were very comfy and the house was very very clean!! Book it you won’t regret it!

We have a group of College ladies who've been doing a girls weekend for 30 years. Missed last couple of Covid years and this was an amazing one to return the tradition. Jackie's home is better than the pics. Very clean, organized, and appointed with everything needed. We had some contact with them and questions. They were so quick to respond and came over to resolve asap. Location is great just across from beach and easy access to the Downtown of Fernadina Beach. We rented bikes at Main Beach, biked trails, relaxed in the wonderful home with living spaces both upstairs and down to enjoy. Amazing sunset views out back. Can't recommend more. Well done !

Great place to stay on the island. Short walk to the beach, all local facilities easily reached within a short drive. Everything we needed for a very pleasant stay. Good for separating (top floor/bottom floor) the older members of the family from the those who liked to enjoy the night life!

Location! Location! Location … You get the picture.
A Slice of Heaven couldn’t be more appropriately named! Our stay was most comfortable and everything conveniently located … particularly sunrise. When you can grab your coffee and within three minutes be watching the sunrise with you toes in the sand, isn’t it Heaven?
The convenience to the beach is the best and a close second is the proximity to Downtown Fernandina Beach with its plethora of great shops and delicious restaurants.
Finally, Slice of Heaven is decorated to be comfortable and cozy. Everything you will need is at your fingertips from a rain shower in the master bath to a delicious down filled couch on which to watch your favorite show … or take a sweet nap!
We couldn’t be happier with our stay and we would recommend A Slice of Heaven to anyone wanting to take a break from reality. To the Marshalls - you’re great hosts! Thank you so much!!!

This was our first visit to Amelia Island. The property was in a great location, just a few steps from the beach and minutes away from the historic downtown area. The Best Family Getaway
I have nothing but rave reviews for this beach house rental. It was the perfect location, the house was clean and fully stocked, and there was plenty of room for everyone. We woke up at 6AM every morning to watch the sunset on the beach with our coffee, rented bikes and biked into downtown for brunch, my husband fished everyday, and we made so many memories! We will definitely be back soon! The owners thought of everything. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

After booking, the owners reached out to connect and answer any questions I had. We touched base before the trip and the day of the owners made sure we received our check-in info. We met the property manager upon arrival he was friendly and offered to assist in any way while we were there.
The home is beautiful! Felt like home away from home and every detail and accommodation was well thought out. We arrived with a welcome bag on the island with a few essentials and a welcome card.
We were literally less than a minute away from the beach. A quick stroll across the street and you’re there. You have views of the ocean directly across and to the right of the property. We brought our own chairs and beach gear but they have it if you need it. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Marshall for a great experience. -Bruce and Simmons family.
