Tucked along the shore of Lake McQueeney, a dammed lake on the Guadalupe River. This waterfront home has been a gathering place for families who know how to slow down and enjoy themselves. Big yard. Fire pit. A swim dock. A boathouse deck, a rope swing into the lake, and a front row view of the water skiers. Cold drinks and nowhere to be.
Lake McQueeney is a residential lake with longtime locals, weekend neighbors, and the unhurried atmosphere bigger Texas lakes lost years ago. Close enough to New Braunfels, Gruene, and the Bandit Golf Club. 5 Minutes from the Lake McQueeney ski lodge.

Seven bedrooms, five bathrooms, and enough space to share with the whole crew, whether that's multiple families, a golf group, or just a very large and enthusiastic extended family. Great place for a group of 10 with extra beds! Super nice outdoor area, we brought outdoor games and built a fire, plenty of chairs! Great outdoor areas especially upper deck at night! Would highly recommend we had 2 families of 5 each from 14-55 and was perfect! Would love to come back!!

We had 14 guys stay at this property for a golf/reunion weekend at The Bandit (10 minutes away). The house was exactly what we were looking for - enough beds for everyone, four bathrooms (all with showers), a big and well-equipped kitchen, and lots of space inside and out for us to spread out, chat about each day's golf game, and catch up with one another. And the A/C kept the place cool even though the thermometer hit 101 each afternoon.
Monica, the owner, was fantastic to work with, and couldn't have been more helpful and responsive with anything we had a question about.
The only downside was not being able to use the lake because of the ongoing repairs to the dam, but everyone was enthusiastic about visiting again when the water level is back up.
If you've got a big group, this property will definitely work out great for you!

We had 6 adults and 6 kids and there was more than enough room for us to spread out. Property is so much better than you can see in pictures. Clean, quiet and lovely little spot. Had a boat pick us up right from our dock and enjoyed the area very much. We will gladly book this again for our annual summer trip!

We had a great time with our 18-20 year old kids at this home. Great location and yard, plenty of room to spread out. The dock is an amazing place to hang out and swim or sit up top and relax. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
