Spacious apartment in a great location right near the Biltmore house and easy drive to the RiverArts district and downtown Asheville.The place was nice and clean although some of the furniture needed some repair. The management was very responsive.

We were very happy with our stay. Place was clean quiet. We were at the ballpark most of the two days but when we return back to the property. It was nice and relaxing. Convenient location to go anywhere in Asheville. We stay here again on our next visit.

We had a great time in Asheville! We were very satisfied with this property. Biltmore Village is so close to Downtown, so very convenient. Less than 2 miles, so some of us walked back and forth! There's a Starbucks, Brueger's bagels close by. The condo has plenty of room, very spacious and well equipped. Building is old, but the condo is completely renovated and new furniture. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Condo is in great location and is beautifully furnished. My wife and I stayed with her sister and brother-in-law. We will stay there when we bring some of our children and grandkids to see Biltmore Mansion. Loved our stay at the property!

We loved this place! We could walk to everything in Biltmore Village. The apartment was huge, clean, and beautifully decorated. I will definitely recommend this place to others. The building is tucked away, so it's peaceful and private. I felt very safe there.

The building is old. Unit was spacious. Impossible to balance heat. MB was very cold. Overall, it was wonderful because of the location.

We very much enjoyed our stay! It was so spacious and very nice! We were all impressed with every aspect of the condo! The master was perfect for our family of littles with the bunk beds and my in laws in the other room. We loved every bit!

Quick girls’ weekend to Asheville for Candlelight Tour of Biltmore, shopping, and gingerbread houses at Grovepark Inn. Property was perfect for our group and in a great location. Would rent again!

Everything was exactly as advertised. Very spacious, and comfortable. The only thing I would like to bring to the owners attention, is the toilet in the master bedroom runs.

This place is huge! Great, historic location and nicely decorated. Kitchen could have had a few more cooking accoutrements (shot glass, citrus juicer) so cooking big meals, not that we did, could have been challenging. Loved having the luggage cart because my husband was on a knee roller and mom on two canes so I would have been lugging 3 people bags had it not been for it. Great little porch. Master shower could have used a grab bar but we’d happily stay here again. Thanks for having us.

We have stayed at this property 3 times previously when it was the Posh Boutique Hotel. The rooms are huge with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. This unit had a Murphy bed which was very convenient. The kitchen was well stocked and all amenities were provided. The location in the Biltmore Village is great. Walkable to shops and restaurants and at the entrance to the Biltmore Estate. Great place to stay!

We took our 4 boys ages 12-14 to the Biltmore and stayed in this condo. It was absolutely perfect for our trip. It was cleaned and we loved that it was walkable to everything in Biltmore Village.
