The breakfast was lacking. Not enough food was available for all the guests you had at the time. Choices of food were poor.

There were tiny bright red blood spits on one of the bed comforters.

The property was under renovation, which was not known when the reservation was made.
There was several car break-ins the night that we were there. Thankfully, ours was not one that was broken into.

The location and the covered parking. Breakfast was great!
Informed less than 1 day before arrival that indoor pool was closed. Hotel needs a redo-carpets need replacement and hallways/doors need painting. Had a safe with half the numbers not working. There is a Hampton Inn and Doubletree across the street and other hotels in the area. Would not return to this hotel.

Breakfast and location were good.
The fire alarm went off in early hours of morning, was awakened out of dead sleep. Went downstairs to find it was a false alarm.

The room was very clean.
We reserved a deluxe king room but was put in a king accessible room. When we went to the room and realized it was not what we reserved, we called the front desk but no one picked up. It was late, so we ended up sleeping in that room. When we checked out next morning, we talked to the manager who said it was an error on Booking.com as there was no such room option at the hotel. The price difference was settled in the end after a few days.

The location is close to The Biltmore, which was convenient.
I booked a balcony room for a bit more money, expecting a "scenic" view. My balcony overlooked the parking lot. Very disappointing. Had I known this was a possibility, I would not have wasted the money.

Friendly and helpful staff; Excellent location. Close to Biltmore. Indoor pool a plus for kids. Good breakfast - lots of choices.

Clean and well kept up! Location was great but difficult to walk because of heavy traffic on major thorough way.
Location conviebent but so crowded and the traffic was loud morning and night! Definately not worth the extra cost for a balcony room 😕

Delightful staff. Pure smiles. Understanding, helpful, and accommodating. I expected a pleasant stay but ours exceeding my expectations. The room was a perfect fit for our needs due to the sliding door separating the bathroom/couch area from the rest of the room. All steps, from check in to check out, were easily facilitated. Excellent location. I know where to stay next time in Asheville.
Breakfast to be extended. As a night owl I tend to enjoy a later breakfast. The back gate to be available to guests with a key card. This would make walking to Biltmore Village simple and a bit safer than walking on the busy main road.

This hotel was fabulous . Perfect location right by the entrance to the Biltmore, and enjoyed dinner at Ruth Chris which was across the street .

Very comfortable and clean, with plenty of room for my family. The bathroom had all Dove soap and shampoo products, which was very nice. Couldn't tell if we had neighbors, which is a good thing. That is a pet peeve of mine.
