Brand new apartment in walking distance to Biltmore Village with many shops/eateries/breweries. The restaurants include, Moes Barbeque, Ruth Chris, Red Stagg Grill, TGI Fridays, Fig, Cantina, Wayside Grill, Corner Kitchen, Wellbred, Texas Roadhouse, Brueggers, Starbucks and some fast food choices too. Catawba, French Broad and Hillman, Forestry Camp, and Village Pub are breweries just a short walk from the apartment. We are minutes from the Biltmore Estate entrance and about a 5 minute drive to downtown Asheville. Our location is convenient to all Asheville has to offer. This new addition/apartment is connected to our primary residence but separated by 6 ft hallway/double doors for privacy/security and completely separate entrance. We are available if you need us, otherwise we keep to ourselves. The apartment is approximately 600 sq ft, very spacious with vaulted ceilings. We provide pretty much everything you would need for a long weekend or a month if you prefer. We do provide starter toilet paper, laundry detergent etc, but additional supplies needed are the responsibility of the guest. An added note...we do the cleaning ourselves so to be certain the space is as clean as we would want for ourselves. We take pride in our cleanliness. Look forward to having you.
