Lage top, die Terrasse ist großartig, Ausstattung komplett. Alles in allem sehr zweckmäßig und stylisch.
Es ist absolut schlecht geputzt … Geschirr teilweise schmutzig, Spiegel und Nirosta Flächen haben unappetitliche Schlieren.
Der Geruch im Appartement als wir ankamen war grausam.
Gästebuch und andere Unterlagen sehr schmuddelig und verklebt.

Convenient location close to restaurants, transport , sites.
Open thread curved staircase with no handrail, just a heavy rope tied bottom and top to hold onto. Would not have booked the property if we had noticed. Also entry through an untidy shared courtyard. Ceiling was so low over one side of the bed that I had to bend double until I got around to the other side. Dishwasher was out of action.

La situation géographique est parfaite, permettant de profiter à plein du centre-ville
Tout est bien pensé dans l'appartement, parfaitement optimisé et équipé y compris pour la terrasse, très agréable
Un peu d'odeur de tabac à regretter dans les parties communes (sur le même étage)
Qqs difficultés à utiliser la TV (chaînes classiques)

Terraza grande y bonita
Cuarto de baño completo y grande
Peligro al subir y bajar la escalera al dormitorio (debería haber una barandilla firme)
Viga del techo encima de la cama muy peligrosa para la cabeza (golpes), debería estar acolchada o redondeada para evitar accidentes
Muy poca luz en la cocina
Alojamiento de muy difícil acceso con maletas (aparcamiento obligatoriamente lejos y calles estrechas llenas de gente todo el día y noche)
