We liked the location the best—it was perfect. The apartment was comfortable, new, and clean (though it hadn't been cleaned yet when we arrived at 5 PM). The amenities were good; the washing machine came in very handy. It was on the 4th floor, and the elevator—small, narrow, and charming—worked flawlessly.
The property itself was generally fine. However, communication with the staff was very difficult. No one answered the phone or replied to messages sent via WhatsApp, Booking.com, or SMS. Everything was fine otherwise, but this was three days after the purchase and five days before arrival, one was getting in touch or replying, which is stressful before a trip.

Prachtig appartement, ruim, leuk ingericht en alles aanwezig. Ontzettend aardige host (Angelo). Echt midden in het centrum, vanaf de balkons een leuk uitzicht. Lekker en groot bed.
Ik hou zelf meer van gordijnen die goed verduisteren, maar dat zal voor ieder anders zijn. Vanwege de centrale ligging is het ook lang heel rumoerig, dus daar moet je rekening mee houden.

Apartament położony w samym centrum historycznym miasta. Wszędzie blisko. Atrakcje turystyczne w zasięgu spaceru. Niedaleko znajdują się plaże, restauracje, sklepy i miejsca godne obejrzenia.
Na dachu budynku, w którym znajduje się mieszkanie jest taras, z którego można podziwiać przepiękne zachody słońca i panoramę miasta.
Klucze przekazał nam Carlo. Był bardzo miły i sympatyczny . Pokazał nam na mapie najważniejsze i najciekawsze miejsca w mieście. Polecił restauracje i miejsca godne uwagi. Był bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy.

AC i vardagsrum/kök fungerade inte.
Lång tid att få svar från värden
Takterrassen bestod bara av ett bord och 2 stolar och massa fågelbajs.
Fanns inget extra i lägenheten typ kaffe, tepåsar salt olja
Sedan fanns det inget vatten mellan 19:00- 24:00 sista kvällen. Värden sa att så är det ofta i Trapani.
Men i kvarteret bredvid fungerade vattnet.
