Enjoyed my stay very happy

Yes we had been given the code got the keys communication was very good we enjoyed the property plenty of space

Parking is tight we have a zafira if the other properties opposite had been occupied it would have been difficult street parking is very difficult nearest we found was 10 min walk

Fantastic place to stay

They thought of everything. Very nice and clean. Nice touches with having milk and wine in fridge Clean towels and bedding, sky TV, and card games. Even had bucket and spades to borrow. Helpful booklet with local information Anyone lucky enough to book this accommodation will not be disappointed. It is so close to all amenities.

Only thing was upstairs property could hear everything it was like a family of elephants staying there. I think if you could have a blind at bedroom window as the sun woke me up very early as shrone through sides of curtains.

An enjoyable weekend break.

The property was very well equipped, the best we have ever experienced for a self-catering stay. It was easy to walk into the town and the local Methodist Church. We are members of the National Trust and there were several places to visit a short distance away.

We were confused regarding the check in time for the apartment. Although we managed to park our Ford Focus car on the space allocated getting on to the road was a real challenge.

A perfect location, we felt at home.

I thought I had already left a review but it seems to have disappeared. This was a comfortable and clean holiday apartment with everything we could need to make us feel at home. Our hosts were very helpful, location was perfect.

A small but cosy central location. We parked the car on arrival and walked everywhere.

Central location was excellent. Welcome pack (including wine) was a very nice touch. Decor very modern and in parts quite quirky. Definitely knew we were at a seaside location because of crabs, boats and lighthouses!

Thought it was just about big enough for two adults. “Terrace” very small. Couldn’t find a chopping board. There was no heating on when we arrived and it felt quite inhospitable at first. Would benefit from heaters being switched on a couple of hours before guests’ arrival, depending of course on time of year. Quite chilly in March. Heaters were very efficient when on however.

Central location, nice accommodation, great owners. Will book again.

By our own fault we were locked out of the property and we thought this would be a disaster that would ruin a whole day. However we rang the owner who arrived within 20 minutes and sorted it out immediately - fantastic service and so friendly, a real life saver. Thankyou it was way beyond the call of duty but typical of the efforts of the great owners.

Good location. Big living area and master bedroom. Great information pack. Easy to pick up the keys. Good shower.

Car parking tight. Dishwasher didnt work. Can hear the people in the apartment upstairs walking about and when they use the extractor fan (or maybe it is the washing machine spin cycle) the whole place vibrates like crazy.

Exceptional

Perfectly sized place for us, 3 minuet walk from the beach and every shop you could need within walking distance in the town center. Hosts were brilliant and left a great welcome pack.

A relaxing ,comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

The crab shack has been designed beautifully, we didn’t take children with us but the place would be lovely for anyone with small children. It was fabulously clean and done to a high spec. The welcome pack from the hosts was a lovely touch.Centrally placed in Cromer so as you can park your car and not use it again if you wished.

Really enjoyable, great location and everything in the Crab Shack you would need for your holiday.

The owners clearly care about the property and have made a sterling effort to make the Crab Shack a home from home.

Hardly nothing, sometime in the future maybe update some of the bathroom fittings which although were clean are starting to look a little tired in places. Nothing that would put me off booking again though.

Fabulous Apartment

It was very well thought out and well designed. It was great to be within walking distance of all Cromer’s amenities.

The bathroom door needs rehanging and shortening as it doesn’t close.

The property was very cosy, comfortable and welcoming! The little touches from Matthew & Michelle was beautiful. The property is literally a walk away from shops, bars/pubs, takeaway, amusements, beach etc. Everything is nearby. The set-up on arrival is lovely. Very easy to check in also. Added a photo of the beach (a walk away) Matthew & Michelle has a little box outside full of things you can use for the beach which is also thoughtful - crab buckets, buckets & Spade and so on. We left our nets to go crabbing to add to your collection :D Highly recommend!

A great week of the British seaside in Cromer.

Great location - easy walk to everything in Cromer. Plenty of room for us as a family. Lots or extra bits left by the hosts to make the stay better. Cromer is very nice - and good base to get around various areas in Norfolk.

Car parking was an issue if you needed to park at the flat - as we couldn't fit in the spot at the back (able to unload/pack outside at least) - but is only a 5min walk to the public car park so no a big issue for us in the end and hosts did warn it was a small spot.

Lovely little apartment

Very clean, tastefully decorated, very comfortable bed. Great location. Hosts were very helpful with great communication, nothing too much trouble.

No washing machine, parking very tight.
