Even closer to home, you’ll be a short drive from the locally sourced restaurants, craft cocktails, and boutique shopping of Olde Town Arvada. Enjoy the variety of parks, hikes and bike trails all within a quick drive away. Whether you prefer outdoor adventures, urban explorations, or simply relaxing by the water, our property's unique location will give you a bit of everything. Guest Access: Access instructions will be sent 48 hours before your stay. Getting Around: We recommend having a car to explore the surrounding areas. There are no parties or events allowed at the rental. Due to HOA rules, there is no lake use allowed. This includes swimming and kayaking. Transportation: We recommend a rental car or Uber to get to most restaurants, shopping and other activities. To get to Downtown Denver we are a short $13 Uber ride. We also recommend the Fast Tracks Train. It is a 4 minute ride to get to or a 20 minute walk and this will give you direct access to Downtown without having to drive. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT After confirming your booking, you'll receive a text to download our app, DACK. Using the app, you can request early check-ins and late check-outs for an additional fee. While we can't guarantee approval due to same-day check-ins and check-outs, we'll do our best to accommodate your requests when possible. TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy.
