It also features a convenient breakfast bar with high chairs, perfect for quick meals on the go. A more formal setting can be achieved at the adjoining dining table. The spacious living room offers guests a great place to unwind, especially after spending the day at the beach or enjoying shared amenities, including a hot tub, outdoor pool, tennis, and grills. Snuggle up on any of the two sofas available, or take advantage of the armchair right in front of the TV with cable to enjoy your favorite shows in the first row. There is also a convenient and well-equipped desk if you bring your laptop. Right off the living room is a spacious balcony overlooking the surrounding gardens and offering great views of the beach and ocean. It's furnished with enough chairs to hang out with your friends as you take in the vistas. THINGS TO KNOW Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. This condo is perfectly stocked and ready for a great stay on the beach! The pool is heated which was great since we had seasonally cooler weather but could enjoy the pool even at 64 degrees and cloudy! The beach access was great, not too crowded. We felt safe and were able to relax. We would stay here again, no doubt!

This condo has it all. I loved the view, beachfront and beautiful. They had so much amenities. They had five adult beach chairs, two kid’s chairs, two kid life jackets, umbrella, boogie boards, beach towels, tennis rackets, shovels, dish soap, shampoo, lots of toilet paper, and more. The pool and hot tub were amazing. They even had a sauna in the community room. The only problem we had was everything at the condo was locked and we only had one key for several adults. The beach was locked so coming AND going required a key. We had to come back and forth to unlock the door for everyone. I don’t mind it locked, it was just difficult to plan and make sure everyone could get in and out of the places they wanted to. Definitely worth another trip to this condo.

The condo was very clean and the amenities were great. Location was good. There was enough beach toys/chairs and the house was well equipped with everything we needed.

There is plenty of space to spread out and the view (if you can look past the construction) was lovely. The only downsides were unclear check-in instructions and the single key to access the pool and the beach (which also requires the key on return.) Overall, great stay!

Large corner patio but workers below all week and so not a nice view of rubbish and weeds.
Also can’t see beach, but can see water.
2nd floor really not high enough.
Condo looks clean and cute when first walk in but then we see where it needs good deep cleaning.
Bed was comfortable, but carpet needs cleaned in the bedroom. Tried to run sweeper and beater bar didn’t spin. So very skeptical on how clean carpet really was.
Trash can area dirty. Also lots of crumbs In silverware drawer. There was a coffee mark on counter by coffee maker.
Bathroom was clean and towels were really good!
In dining room the wall was all banged up from people pushing their chairs against the wall. Only my husband and I stayed there and we never used the dining room, but big table for a family.
The couches are on wooden legs so can see underneath and it was dusty!

Sandcastles condo complex is wonderful. Pool is perfect. Condo nice.
The only down side was the ocean view. Construction material and port-a-potty was our view. We knew there was going to be construction, but had hoped for a better ocean view

Convienient, comfortable,amenities well placed. Work being done on condo. Information given to us by VRBO very inaccurate. Unable to use oceanfront balcony for over 2 1/2 weeks without moving balcony furniture in an out each day. Did not sign up for that. Dissapointed that the last phone call I made was not returned. VRBO called us on our way to Florida to tell us about the 2 options we had. Right hand not
Knowing what left hand doing. In the end was not able to have full use of condo without lifting chairs and tables in and out. We are retired and the 2 friends are handicapped. Never had an experience like this.

We rented this place during Hurricane Ian. So we did not get to use any of the amenities other than Wiif. Place was well kept and clean! Comfortable seating and beds. Very few instructions for guests. NO information regarding the garage or parking space provided. Kitchen needs a good restock of pots, pans and cooking utensils. And living room couch was also a hide-a-bed which had not been mentioned. We experienced water damage from the unit above us during the storm. Would rent again.

Great unit with a beautiful sunrise view of the ocean. The unit is very well appointed with everything you need and more. Everything is top quality. Anything you can imagine wanting in a condo unit was there. We had a great stay!

The view and location was great and it was enough room for 6 people. Place desperately needs maintenance. Toilet seat in master bath held on by only one bolt. Kitchen 3 way switch works half the time. Ridiculous trying to hook up tv and finding remotes. Found dishes in cupboards that weren't even cleaned before being put back.

Property was as expected, we had stayed at this condo in other units before, but needed a 3BR this time. Disappointed that it was not mentioned that there was building wide construction on the exterior of the building which required heavy equipment as well as lots of jack hammering. The crew was jack hammering outside of our door starting around 8:30am one morning and was loud until after 3pm. Also note this place is managed by Vacasa so you aren't really dealing with an owner just some management company, which is maybe why this wasn't mentioned/known.

We had vacationed Cocoa Beach in 2021 and loved it. While there we started scoping out different condos for a family vacation for 2022. We actually stopped by in summer 2021 and checked out location, Beach and even talked to a few guests that were currently staying there. Everything and everyone was a knock it out of the park home run. We checked in July 2022 with 4 adults and one 15 yr old. Condo is even larger then we imagined, location great,beach great, extras( beach chairs,umbrella, beach stuff) provided. We did buy one additional nice size umbrella and left for future guests. I can't say enough about how wonderful our week was there. We would definitely stay again. One additional huge positive, the wrap around porch overlooking the ocean is huge and has numerous chairs for having a drink and watching the waves!

We enjoyed staying at this condo. However we felt that we did not get a clear description of the complex. Perhaps we missed something, but I don’t recall any communication that there would be a key needed to get on and off the beach and up in the elevator/stairs. The complex was very secure, 8 ft chain link fence around the perimeter. We were caught off guard when we arrived since we did not know these details. Perhaps this is typical of Cocoa Beach. But at first, we questioned if the neighborhood was unsafe. It did not seem to be.
The complex was fine, friendly residents and guests. Our unit needs a remodel and update, but that didn’t bother us. The balcony however is overlooking/adjacent to public beach access and dumpsters/trash cans. We closed the hurricane shutters 1/2 the way to block that view and for privacy from the stream of folks coming on and off the beach. Once we were used to that, we enjoyed spending our time on the balcony and the view of the ocean is lovely.
We didn’t use the pool, so no comment there. We did spend every day on the beach and it was great.
The unit is well stocked with kitchen supplies and lots of beach chairs and beach toys.
Overall, it was absolutely fine for our needs.

Overall, the property was real nice. Upon arrival though, the dishwasher had obviously been run but the dishes were covered with dried food and mold. The dishes in the cabinets were not clean so the assumption was a dishwasher issue. We discovered you must rinse dishes thoroughly and not put the soap in the dispenser because it doesn’t always open. The wife spent 4 hours getting the dishes usable.
The towels were luxurious and the bedding (sheets/pillows/comforters) excellent.
The living area furniture was not comfortable.
The balcony view is wonderful!
We had a handicapped person with us and it was a real challenge accommodating him.

After getting into the condo we found the real elevator code and the rest of our stay was AWESOME! Without the correct elevator code you cant even get the elevator to open... and stairs are locked with a key that you get once in the condo. Even after ALL that I would totally stay here again!!

It was a great home with enough beds, rooms, bathrooms, and space for 2 adults and 5 kids. Oceanview was great, close to the beach. Pool is easy to access and warm! The staff at Sandcastles really keep up with the place very well. Will definitely come back!
