This mountain home will feel like your own the minute you open the door and take in the incredible mountain views. Old world mountain charm meets contemporary elegance in this attractively decorated home with an inviting fireplace, high ceilings, patio, balcony, glass-enclosed tile shower, and game room. You are sure to be impressed with all of the attention to detail this home boasts. This beautiful home features an open kitchen, dining, and living areas with a large SmartTV equipped with cable. Take in the views of the continental divide from the living room or out on the private deck. The large master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath all on the main floor. The Upper level/ 2nd bedroom includes a twin trundle bunk bed and one queen-sized bed plus a full bathroom with tub. Downstairs, you will find a second master bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom, and walk-in closet. The fourth bedroom has a twin over full bunk with an attached Jack and Jill bathroom. The living area on the lower level provides a SmartTV with cable and a queen pullout sleeper sofa. Kids young and old will enjoy the game room equipt with a foosball table and tabletop shuffleboard. Step outside of the sliding glass door and enjoy the private deck/patio with a hot tub. The deck on the main level overlooks a spacious meadow... just head straight out the back door to discover a groomed 1.5-mile cross country loop in the winter and ponds for fishing (catch and release ONLY) plus a frisbee golf course in the summer. We stayed at this amazing home this month and it couldn't have been better. The location was perfect. We could bike or walk all over to trails, restaurants, etc. And the free shuttle was right outside the door to take us if we didn't want to bike or drive. The views are spectacular. There are bike paths everywhere and our kids loved riding even just out the back door where we could watch from the sun kissed balcony. The game room entertained the kids and us adults endlessly while we were at the house. It's meticulously maintained, clean, well stocked, comfortable beds and spacious. This must be the best rental in all of Winter Park! The whole time we felt we were living in luxury.

Our family voted this their number one favorite vacation house! The kids loved the game room, and we had fun playing shuffleboard and basketball and foosball together. This house has plenty of space to spread out, and it was very comfortable ! The kitchen had plenty of dishes and utensils. It was also very quiet and peaceful! We will definitely stay here again!!!

This is a great house for multiple families to have room to spread out and spaces to come together. The great room/main floor has a well-equipped kitchen, great room and gorgeous view. Downstairs is spacious with a separate TV another king suite, and family room the kids can take over. Game room and hot tub were a score for keeping kids entertained. Highly recommend!

We stayed with our friends at this location during labor day holidays. Fantastic location. Clean house. Loved the stay. Loved the hot tub time :-) easily accessible. Good memories. 100% recommend to others. SkyRun was also very supportive.

This is our second time staying in this home with our families and it was perfect! We have stayed both during Winter & Summer. Where to beginthe views are phenomenal, there is so much space, perfectly decorated, luxury amenities, kitchen appropriately stocked, and endless entertainment between the game room & hot tub! You cant beat the location as you are a walk to the brewery, bike ride into town, and bus stop out the front door to the base of the ski mountain. Hope to return soon!

This was the perfect Summer base camp for my family! With access to hiking and mountain biking out the front door and gorgeous views of the continental divide off the back porch this house has it all- Game room, hot tub, gourmet kitchen, and massive bedrooms with super comfy beds. Short drive or walk to fishing ponds, breweries, and quick bus ride to town.Cant wait to run it back this Winter!!

Amazing house!

Amazing house!

We stayed here for a weekend with friends in the winter and had the best time! The house is beautiful and spacious, modern yet cozy. The kitchen was well stocked and the hot tub was just perfect. The best part of all however was the game room- if you have kids or enjoy playing games you will love this! We have kids between the ages of 6 and 9 and they loved playing basketball and Pac-Man. Location is great too, loved being near the Rec center! Hopefully well be back soon!

Best stay in Winter Park!

We stayed at this sweet home over the holidays with our family and it was epic. Amazing views, location, modern and clean! The open kitchen, game room, hot tub, location and everything was perfect. It's a stand-alone home so we enjoyed the private feel over staying in a condo or townhome. Great memories - 100% recommend - and hope to be back soon!

Great house for larger group…we had nine. Kitchen is modern and large, game room is fun with many working games like fussball, basketball, shuffleboard and a ms Pac-Man/Galaga arcade game. Shuttle comes right out front, a few houses down. Hot tub and deck are wonderful.
