**Book Today for Only $300 Down at the Time of Booking *** Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath plus Loft East Rim Condo (Unit D23) has been completely remodeled and provides immediate access to all the Purgatory Resort amenities. It is ideally located across from Purgatory Lodge with unmatched Ski in/Ski Out access which offers ultimate all-season convenience and high-end luxury at an affordable price. This condo's location is unbeatable! The East Rim complex is centrally located adjacent to the main skier plaza and is just a short walk to the fastest and biggest high speed lift on the mountain, Purgatory Express. Located just a step away from the hustle and bustle, restaurants, shops, and skiing amenities of the primary base village at Purgatory Resort, it offers the convenience of a central location, with the privacy of a mountain-side retreat. With its unbeatable views and cozy interior, our condo is the perfect escape after an epic day on the mountain. This newly furnished residence will not disappoint! Please note the condo does not have a washer/dryer but does feature super fast Starlink WIFI. Bed Configuration: Bedroom 1- King with TV and Ensuite Bath(Upstairs) Bedroom 2 - Bunk Bed (twin over twin) with TV (Main Level) Loft - Bunk Bed (Queen over Queen) (Upstairs) Main Living Space- Queen Pullout sofa The 4% resort fee included in the quote is the required resort fee that must be charged and does not allow access to the Durango Mountain Club. For an additional (and optional) 4% resort fee, you will have access to the Durango Mountain Club which includes an outdoor heated pool with slide, outdoor hot tub and workout facility. When booking, just advise if you would like us to add the additional 4% resort fee. This home is pet friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs max and the pet fee is $40/day (for a max $250 per stay). Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Stay with us and we offer DISCOUNTS on both summer (white water rafting, horseback riding etc.) and winter (ski/snowboard rentals, sleigh rides, snowmobile tours etc.) activities. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance. Any dish, cup, utensil, or pots we used had to be washed. The dishwasher does not wash dishes well so we hand washed everything we used before and after. The upstairs toilet was dirty and had a pink ring in it. The house needed dusting, the pot holders had food on them, I had to clean the patio door window as it was dirty, there were about 8-10 dead flys in the corner by the patio door. The downstairs green bedspread had recent stains on it so we removed it and used blankets instead. We travel a great deal and so we rent often and this was by far the most unclean place we have ever stayed in. I have pictures if you need additional information.

Beautiful condo, great location at purg. Super cute and spacious, pics do make it look a little bigger, and the stair case is super small, and could be difficult for some people to climb. Well stocked and wifi worked well. All around great space, and would stay again and recommend.

As far as location for a ski in/ski out, you can't beat it! The owners also decorated the place so cute - they have style! We had two adults and two kids and the place fit us well - I think 5 would be the max here. The stairs were also dangerous - my 6'4" husband could barely fit up them and we never got his suitcase upstairs. I was scared to walk up and down the stairs - VERY steep and slender. The upstairs is more of a loft and my husband hit his head several times on different things.Being a dog-friendly condo, there were dog hair everywhere - since my daughter and husband are allergic to dog hair, I let the management know ahead of time but it just wasn't enough -- even with allergy medicine, they felt it the entire time. The dog hair was all over the rugs and furniture.We were only given 4 bath towels so halfway through the stay I asked for more -- I had to ask twice and finally got them on the last day. We tried to use the washer/dryer combo but just couldn't get the towels dry. The management company was generally responsive.We checked out the amenities and decided for our 4 night stay, it wouldn't be worth the extra cost -- I didn't need the fitness center and the hot tub was pretty crowded. There was only an outside pool and even though they said it was heated, it was too cold for my taste. We couldn't get the TV channels to work in the living room but I figured out how to connect the wireless and cast from my phone onto the TV so we could watch a football game one night and a movie another night.The kitchen had what we needed - they DO have a keurig, which I asked about but was told they didn't have one - would have been easier to make my coffee in the morning if I would have brought the pods. We bought groceries and ate breakfast every morning, 1 lunch and 2 dinners there. The dishwasher is small and a bit tricky to start but we worked with it.Thankful for the opportunity to stay this t

The place is pretty small. It says you can sleep 7, but I can’t imagine how. I’d say any more than 4 and you won’t be comfortable. We had 2 adults and 3 kids and it was cramped.
It’s pet friendly, so expected some dog hair, but the rug looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. We went out an bought a vac and filled up 3 canisters with hair.
The dresser in the bedroom (the only one the house that supposedly sleeps 7) was unusable as the sides are bowed out and the drawers fall off the slides.
There is a single unit washer/dryer combo (which I didn’t know was a thing) that is also borderline worthless. Clothes never get dry. Can’t believe this thing is on the market as a viable product.
A trash bag full of “clean” towels and sheets was left outside for us about halfway through our stay but they had a cigarette odor to them.
The hot water went out for about 20 hours in the middle of our stay.
You get charged a 4% “resort fee” but get ZERO resort amenities unless you pay an EXTRA 4% resort fee. No pool, no fitness center, nothing. That is all in the very fine print. I mentioned it felt cheap to pay $6k for a rental including a 4% resort fee and not even have access to a pool and never got a response.
It’s a fine place, it’s just not for 7 people and the management company talks a good game but didn’t really deliver. I’d keep looking if I were you.

The blinds covering the sliding glass doors were stuck down (obstructing that view) and the washer/dryer didn’t dry. The property is located immediately adjacent to the slopes and has a beautiful view from the balcony. We were disappointed with the cleanliness standards. The spiral staircase is very small and steep, caution to anyone who is big or tall. We were not able to get our suitcases up the stairs. The owners have done a great job with the property in that it was well decorated and comfortable. We were not impressed with the management company.

Our family of 5 (4, 11, 13) stayed 4 nights here and loved it. The unit overlooks the graduate lift which is where the bunny slopes and ski/snowboard lessons take place. We were able to see the kids in their lessons from the deck. Couldn’t have asked for a better spot. The unit is cozy and well decorated with plenty of seating. Easy walk to the shops, equipment rental and other amenities. Property manager was very responsive to a couple of emails we sent with questions while we were there. Would definitely stay here again.

Arriving at Purgatory is an experience in and of itself. However stepping foot into this adorable condo was one of my greatest travel experiences in my life! I am an interior designer and this space is exactly how I would want my mountain condo! Modern, comfortable with intriguing references to the mountains of Colorado as well as beautiful crystals and some mid century modern elements makes for an ideal space to put your feet up after a long day experiencing all that Colorado has to offer! We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the resort, right up the road as well as the ability to hop onto the Million Dollar Highway and easily get to every spot on our list. This was our first time in Colorado and I cannot describe how much we enjoyed ourselves. This condo is a dream to sleep in, cook in and to relax in. The views of the San Juan Mountains from the patio are absolutely breathtaking!
