We loved our stay here! The only confusing part was the pictures on Vrbo didn’t match our actual apartment pictures on the Sonder website, but we were still happy! It was freshly cleaned. We had a huge living room as well as bedrooms. Very spacious. Check in was easy, and seamless. I really liked the code usage used to access the building. The essentials closet stayed stocked at all times, except for detergent. I am so glad it came with a washer/dryer! That came in handy to wash clothes while on vacation!!!! I will always stay with Sonder!!! Way better than any air bnb I’ve ever been to. I also didn’t hear any tenants. It was very calm and quiet. Can’t wait to come back!!!!

Great interior, new construction, great place. Except the wifi is unusable for business, don’t count on it to do any work. Barely works for basic web search or google maps etc. And the modem/router is not in the unit.

The property is located in a nice area in the Bywater that is a very good funky part of town. It is a spacious room in a small building where is easy and safe access. The style is industrial with high ceilings, cement floor. The 2 Bedroom unit had two very large bedrooms. Each with its own bathroom. The one with a queen bed had a tub and the king a shower, huge and nice stone tile. Nice clean white sheets, comforter + lots of pillows. Air conditioning. They are set apart at opposite ends of the space. The living room is open, in the middle, with a nice couch + rug. A large TV has basic channels. A galley kitchen has stainless steel fridge and oven!! Glasses and mugs. A coffee maker. Thoughtful touches of miniature bottles of olive oil. Paper towels, toilet paper, bath towels and shampoo, conditioner. (No blow dryer). Comfortable! I’d come and stay there again~ In a heartbeat And for a week or month!

The place is fine but so cheaply done that stuff goes wrong and when it does all you have is an app that doesn’t work very well to attempt to communicate with the Sonder people who aren’t much help. The place was cleaned but there was hair everywhere. Creepy. We scheduled a cleaning during our stay and they never did it even after lots of communication through the app. OK property, poorly operated.

Pros: Appreciated the laundry, the coffee kit, the cleanliness, the ease of keyless entry. Great location, too. Cons: Hidden fees made the whole thing twice as expensive as advertised. No natural light in the bedrooms or the entire upper floor (couldn’t the million dollar remodel have included a skylight, or some glass bricks?) Walls were thin, and the neighbors partied all night. Windows didn’t open, and the smell of new construction materials off-gassing was somewhat distressing. And, we could have been anywhere in the world—despite Sonder’s claims, nothing in the apartment gave the slightest reference to the magical and unique city and neighborhood in which we were staying.

It was easy to access and in a quieter area of New Orleans. The apartment was spacious and felt brand new & minimal with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The art work and decor were tasteful.

This place was perfect for us. It was clean, cute, comfortable, and spacious. We loved the neighborhood, and found many restaurants that we loved within walking distance. Easy to get to all different parts of the city, and we were able to walk to Frenchman St and the French Quarter. We would definitely stay here again.
