quiet and historic location but very close to the city centre and the lake
cozy room and well-designed common areas
comfy bed and pillows
okay breakfast
easy street parking (don't forget to get parking card from the reception in order to park around the old town)
very slow internet and poor wifi connection
sink is in the room, not in the bathroom (can't be understood from the pics)
very small bathroom. still okay to move around but not very comfortable to use
clean rooms but there were spiders and webs
breakfast is okay but isn't very delicious and does not offer many variety

Lovely hotel tucked in the old town castle. Lovely decor. Perfect location. Nice breakfast. Warm and helpful staff.

It was all good.

Great location, near good restaurants and sights. Nice female staff, helped carry luggage.
Parking extremely difficult. No lift, stairs challenging for older people. Room called "executive suite" by Booking, was called "Attic" by hotel, a more accurate description. One window. too high to reach, otherwise just skylights. Fireplace for decoration, not useable.
