The apartment, located in a newly built complex overlooking the port of San Vincenzo, is in the center of town, just a short walk from the pedestrian zone, and has direct access to the public beach in front of it.
The apartment is on the first floor (accessible by elevator) and is spread over two levels.
LEVEL 1:
living room with fully equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, TV;
1 double bedroom with balcony;
1 bathroom with shower.
LEVEL 2:
1 triple bedroom;
1 bathroom with shower;
1 hallway with reading area and small terrace.
The apartment is equipped with: conventional oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, clothesline, Smart TV, hair dryer, safe, elevator, air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi.
INCLUDED SERVICES:
Wi-Fi;
utilities;
initial supply of bath and bed linens;
complimentary cleaning and bathroom amenities;
beach equipment (1 umbrella and 2 lounge chairs);
crib, high chair, changing table (upon request).

Perfect location and convenience in San Vincenzo. The apartment was a perfect size for one couple and adult child. The communication prior to arrival made the process seemless and without confusion. Central location is perfect for enjoying the main shopping area and beaches.

The Property and Host Gianna were fantastic. Exactly as advertised, it was clean and the parking space was a Hugh plus. The location was perfect for us. From the upstairs loft you can even see the Harbor. The area felt safe with access to many shops and stores within walking distance. Even the train station, grocery store, and beach are within walking distance. Everything you could need are within a few blocks. The apartment was a great spot to base our day trips out of.
Best of all the town did not feel like a tourist trap. You can really use the town to relax or be on the go. The host was on site during the day which was nice if we had questions. We would stay again. Loved our place and trip!
