The apartment is an excellent size and so well placed for Europa Park - Will definitely be back.

Everything that we needed. Stayed here for Europa Park. About 15/20 min walk from park, not far from restaurants and Lidl
Only had a fan for air con which didn’t do much

It was clean.
The key to our apartment got stuck in the door on the inside just before we had to leave for an event. We called, had to go retrieve other keys which also got stuck but this time on the outside, so impossible to close the door. We were informed that no one could come to solve the problem in the evening and that we could just leave our room like that. We left our valuables with our very kind downstairs neighbours and ended up arriving to the (expensive) event an hour and a half later than planned. While being aware of the fact that our place was left unlocked the whole time. We got back and had to sleep in an unlocked apartment (two girls in our twenties) with keys visibly stuck on the outside door.
The lady said someone would be sent in the morning but we never heard back from anyone. No apology. Nothing.
The apartment was nice but it’s a real shame. We have a hard time believing that this technical issue has not been raised before with other customers since the keys were very stiff in the door and that not one but two keys got stuck.
A small apology for the inconvenience would have gone a long way to softening this unpleasant experience.
