We had a fabulous holiday here! The location is ideal, with a lovely pool and beautiful views of the hills. We received such a warm and friendly welcome from Yanis and Nicos. We especially loved the delicious homegrown fruit and fresh juices — such a lovely touch!

Basic accommodation, albeit had everything we needed

Everything! The rooms are basic but very clean and have everything you need. Air con and the safe are included in the price, rooms were cleaned 6 days out of 7 and we had fresh towels every other day. The pool area is spotless and really peaceful, and the pool bar is great – amazing frappes, toasties and cocktails made with fresh mint from the garden! Yiannis and the rest of the staff really looked after us and made us feel so welcome. They gave us fresh figs and grapes grown there to try and even offered to put on an extra BBQ night for us because we were flying home on their usual BBQ night. Great location too – around a 10-minute walk into Kardamena and only around 10 minutes from the airport. We had a brilliant stay and would definitely return!

Nothing – for the price we paid, we really couldn’t fault it. The rooms are fairly basic, but we knew that when booking and they were spotlessly clean and had everything we needed.

The rooms were cleaned every day and fresh towels were provided, while the pool was always spotless. The poolside area was lovely and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax. The food and drinks were exactly what you’d want throughout the day and, even better, were very reasonably priced. But the real highlight of the property was the staff. Yannis and Nikos were fantastic from the moment we arrived, making us feel safe, welcome and completely at home. Their hospitality really made our stay special. We would happily return and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, friendly and well-maintained stay.

My only negative, the beds are firm

The house is in a quiet corner outside of Kardamena, you have to walk a bit till you get to the bars and restaurants down in the center but that was fine with us. The pool is the best part here. The appartements are pretty well used and the beds could offer a little more comfort.

Now this was a special way of Greek hospitality! We arrived early on Kos by ferry-boat and were informed that there was no early check in possible. We came back at noon and the room was still not ready. There was not ONE word of excuse or explanation. We had to wait at the pool bar for almost two more hours till the room was ready. They did not even offer us a drink or a water. The owner was eating lunch there at that time.
