Lovely and cosy. Compact. Nicely furnished
Quiet relaxing
Good equipment in kitchen, could do with 4 instead of 2 wine glasses as we invited 2 friends around for a drink.

The WiFi was virtually useless
I couldn’t attach to the internet to download anything while trying to catch up with some work, for example.

Great hosts and a very cosy, comfortable place in a lovely village. Handily placed for the coast, Minsmere etc.
Great pub a short stroll away in the centre of the village which at the moment (Sept 26) is in the process of being bought from the brewery and turned into a community pub....... currently the pub website is managed by the brewery and isn't reliable....... I'd say ring the pub about opening times and booking for food, they're still doing it all but ring to be on the safe side.
This is a bit picky but I'd like a bigger frying pan to cook with......... and we will be back next year :0)

Lovely, cosy little place, in a quiet village, situated in the owners garden. Was very comfortable, clean and relaxing. Good location for visiting the surrounding areas. Minsmere is not far. There is a nice walk across fields to a good pub (Westleton Crown) for dinner.
We didn't have any problems finding the place. Google street view is great! Parking is on the road opposite the main house. Wifi was fine. The bedroom does have sloping ceilings, and steep steps, but we were aware of this from the review comments, and it was fine, just watch your head. No TV, but games and books provided.
The glass shelf is low above the basin in the bathroom, which makes it difficult to brush your teeth!

It was close to the Suffolk coast and quiet. The kitchen and shower were good. The bed was comfortable. Pub next door is nice.
It was cramped for space. Sloping roof in bedroom made access round the bed awkward. The description said there was a TV, but there wasn't. The bathroom sink was small and had a tray over the top which meant it was difficult to wash face or clean teeth without spillage. the living room contained a sideboard which took up space and wasn't useable. I had to call "stay in Suffolk" to get check-in instructions less than 2 hrs before check-in. Needs some privacy curtains. Has an external bolt on fire egress door which contravenes building regs (fire safety). Could do with a fan upstairs in the bedroom. The entrance door has a gap at the bottom, which allows little visitors.
