Nice size . Quite modern . We did like it!
The apartment and location were convenient for the train station. However, the surrounding streets had a very noticeable presence of large groups of Asian men, especially in the evenings and at night. We experienced persistent staring and felt quite intimidated walking back from the station after dark. My wife did not feel safe, and I would not recommend the area for female travelers or families

Everything was exceptional; very clean, spacious, bed was comfortable, plenty of towels, heating/air conditioning in each room. All the necessities and more were included which was great. This accommodated us perfectly for 3 nights and we think it would be more than suitable for a longer stay. The location is great, bus stop 1 minute walk opposite the apartment which takes you straight into Venice in 15 minutes. Also train station 15 minutes walk away from apartments and the journey to the airport only 25 minutes on bus. Overall we loved our stay and would recommend if you are looking to visit Venice while staying outside of the main area.

It was clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. It is also right next to a bus station straight to either Venice or the airport.

The location close to the bus and train station was why we booked this hotel - it’s a 10 minute walk. Otherwise, the sidewalk in front was dirty wit cigarette butts and garbage and people
loitering which made it feel a bit sketchy.
Sparse accommodation, sofa uncomfortable to sit on, air conditioner locked on 25c so was uncomfortable sleeping as too hot. Mini fridge hummed loudly and was barely cold - probably needs to be replaced.
