Ms. Elena and her family have made our stay wonderful. The family lives upstairs and there are several rooms downstairs. There is also a separate little guest house. The house is surrounded by a wonderful garden, olive trees, grapes, flowers. There are several tables on the property, nicely shaded. Every day Ms. Elena treated us to a freshly baked breakfast pastry for our whole family to enjoy - it felt so special, we have never had this type of experience. There is a summer kitchen with a large fridge where you can keep a larger item like watermelon, and the kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking. Our room also had a small fridge. The bathrooms were exceptionally large and comfortable for a Greek island, and everything was super clean, not just inside the house - the yard as well. The whole family works hard everyday to keep everything sparkling clean. The town is small but has great features. During strong winds from the north-east, the beaches closest to Skala Kallirachi were the calmest. There is a great seafood restaurant - Klisma, also Ms. Elena recommended to go to Kazaviti for dinner and that place is just incredible, plus fairly close. Great bakery, efficient supermarkets, a pharmacy and decent restaurants and even entertainment. The greatest part is that this town doesn’t have a giant hotel or giant beaches - it’s on a less touristy side and offers a more authentic experience, watching the villagers greet each other, no traffic jams, hearing nice Greek music at night (no obnoxious sounds :)). Loved it!

The whole place is very cozy with great garden outside and shared kitchen/ BBQ. The host was very attentive, helpful and generous (she brought us a delicious breakfast every morning). The location is 7min walk from the center of the village.
The internet connection in our room was insufficient. The bed was a bit small for 2.

Locația liniștită oamenii foarte privitori, in fiecare dimineață la micul dejun am fost serviți cu produse specifice locului!
Puteai sa iti prepari mâncare, tot ce îți trebuie in bucătărie!
Furnicile erau singurele ce erau peste tot! Dar chiar nu am avut nici o problema atâta timp cat nu lăsai mâncarea sau dulciuri desfăcute ca sa le atragi!
