La struttura era centralissima e quindi molto comoda per girare Rovigno.
Ho trovato molto scorretto scoprire solo in loco che il parcheggio (indicato nella descrizione della struttura come disponibile a pochi passi e a 17€ al giorno) costava in realtà 3,5€ all’ora. Una cifra improponibile. Per noi che eravamo in auto la condizione necessaria per scegliere la struttura era la presenza di parcheggio comodo. Abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci con un parcheggio sempre a pagamento (7€ al giorno) a 1km di discesa/salita dalla struttura.
Inoltre il Wi-Fi non funzionava quasi mai.

Irina and Zarko are great hosts! You cannot wish for a better treatment. Their support is beyond delivering just a "service". And the place is amazing. There is a reason it is called a Gem. Everything is made with a great style, extremely comfortable, clean, with a perfect location - you open the building door and you are in the real center. Absolutely worth it.

The accomodation was perfect. Good location in the middle of Rovinj, super clean and well equipped.. :) Irina, the host was very nice and helpful.
