The location is very convenient, near Europe square and Maiden Square. Although a bit uphill but still very near to the centre. The staffs are also nice especially the ladies in the breakfast.
They did not inform us anything during check-in and for 3 days stay they did not clean our room at all. Apparently maybe we must hang “clean my room” sign in order for them to clean it. Otherwise no service will be done, like in our case.

The place gets the job done. a nice clean room to spend your night. nothing fantastic but nothing bad. The receptionist gentleman was very nice and spoke good English (If you read this review, I'm sorry I forgot your name although you told me your name several times :D)
Breakfast was okay, some items tasted weird, not necessarily bad but it didn't match our taste.
Room has no view at all and it's located on a very very steep long inclined street (we stayed there by the end of our trip and our legs were already dead so we decided we would never walk this street. it's good that Bolt is reasonably priced in Tbilisi).
As i mentioned, this place gets the job done to have a decent place to sleep at the end of your day.

The location was great, and the bed was comfortable. The balcony was nice, but only big enough for one person.
Some of the towels provided were dirty, and the reception staff were sometimes absent at key times during the day. The staff were also not friendly or welcoming. I used the laundry service but my clothes were not ironed properly/were creased upon delivery to me.
