Misleading listing & bad service.

The roof top bedroom was very nice and the views from all the three levels of the property were great and panoramic. Location was close to town but was only accessible by car with steep uphill roads. Parking space was very convenient and was good for two cars. Air-conditions in good condition in all the rooms.

We were not able to check-in at the property because the previous tenants were still home, since we were not expected to arrive, even though we booked through booking. We finally got in the rooms at 18.00 only to find the cleaning lady still trying to get things ready for us. We ended up helping her cleaning the house for an hour and throw the garbage away. The fridge had rotten vegetables inside and it only made sense the other day, since the fridge was not working at all, except for the freezer. As a result we had to throw away the first day's supermarket of dairy products and salads. We notified immediately the fridge problem, but they decided to replace the fridge the fourth and last day of our stay so we had to eat at restaurants instead of home which was our plan. The house advertises as a three bedroom villa, but the third room has no access through the house. Instead it was at a different lower level and it was built in a cave like basement, with unviable conditions because of a heavy smell due to long humidity, full of mosquitos and one cockroach. Both the lower studio and the two bedroom apartment looked like a mosquito horror movie, with many dead insects' blood stains on the walls, the curtains and furniture. Showers had an old piece of dirty carpet to wipe your feet. Shower curtains had mold. Studio shower floor paint was pealing of. We ended up avoiding the studio altogether and only stayed in the apartment and had to sleep two people in a small double bed (140cm). Mosquito nets on the windows were broken or missing 50%.

Sia and Phoebe were incredibly helpful hosts and the view is even more stunning in person! While the outdoor spaces were the definite highlight of the property, every bedroom was clean and comfortable. Would recommend!
